At first the guy I spoke with at first to have shirts done with was a sweetheart. He struggled with machines and I had to go home and come back a few times because he needed to call machine company to fix problem. He was supposed to call when shirts were ready but he didn't and he never picks up the phone. but I felt sorry for him and decided to come back for more business. Before I came back the second time I kept trying to call but there was no answer so I showed up only to be rudely welcomed by some girl who clearly didn't know anything about the business. She told me I'd have to wait for the guy who I met with last time. He wasn't in that day :-/ Because I was desperate, I sent an email detailing my order and asked if they can help. Never heard an a reply. I called and he said he hadn't had the chance to read my email and he would call me back...that never happened. In short, very unprofessional, unorganized and not really worth it. Go somewhere else.

The staff was helpful with questions and the overall transaction. The staff member estimated to be ready by Friday. I went on the following Saturday instead, and only a quarter of the order was ready. Everything went downfall after that. I had to constantly call and get nothing for an answer. On my third visit, they had half the order ready. Then three weeks later, I finally was able to pick up the full order. I'm disappointed. I tried my best to understand all the excuses but nothing frustrates me than visiting and calling the store six different times just to have a small order completed.

One thing I noticed is there have been a few occasions where I have sent wrong file sizes and instead of printing the wrong images at very low quality they will call me and let me know something is off and that id doesn't look right. Usually it's because i sent the wrong file. I'm really happy they look into my work with such detail. Other times I have been so busy I've rushed things in last minute and they have really gone out of their way to not only get it done in a pinch but even help me carry it back home.
