There are no frills here, but the standard of care is above anywhere else my wife has gone for chronic back pain. Dr. Clause is the only person that has been able to get my inflexible wife, flexible again. I have tried for minor to major back and shoulder pain and found him to be very successful in minimizing my pain and visits to get me back to normal. I don't give 5 stars often but when I do they're well deserved. When I walked in I noticed there was some remodeling that had been done and it opened up the waiting area and gave it a better feel. I scheduled for dry needling and when I was called back it started off with a pseudo adjustment and they were asking questions about why I was there. Initially I thought they had made an error with my appointment and asked "Is this part of the dry needling?" They were super friendly and said yes and we can go back to your room now. We went back and though I have been there for needling before, Dr. Clause talked me through things and reminded me what to expect. He figured out where the needle placement needed to go and put them in those spots. Today my back feels much better and yesterday at 146 Chiropractic was a great all around experience. read more

He actually listens to what's hurting you, and goes out of his way to help you feel better. This isn't your typical chiropractor... everyone isn't put through the same routine as the other offices I've been to. Dr. Clause has been seeing me for several month now. He has been helping me straighten out some linger issues in my back from a head on car collision several years ago. He and his staff are very politely and gentle while assisting you maneuvering into proper position so they can perform the therapy that they are trying to provide. This place it's an absolute gem. It's a best kept secret for pain management. Dr. clause doesn't JUST crack your spine like most chiropractors; he does deep muscle and tissue work, as well as dry needling (acupuncture) if you so choose. The results are incomparable. I have been to many chiropractors and lived all over the country and I have never ever discovered anyone as talented as this man. Moreover his fees are ridiculously low. When I comparison-shopped I found other chiropractors in the area to be over $100 , The least expensive in the area was in the 70s for a single appointment. Moreover they require you commit to 10 appointments from the gate.. Dr. Clause's charge is $23. If you decide to get dry needling he may charge an extra $7 or $17 depending on the number/placement of needles. He not only cured my neck pain, he relieved my ulcer pain! The biggest miracle is my hands; I have arthritis and In constant pain. I have a hard time doing yoga because it hurts so badly to put any weight on my hands when I do downward dog or a push-up.. After seeing Dr.l Clause I am able to do my yoga pain-free for a week and pain-reduced for another week thereafter. He has helped my family and friends including chronic knee pain, tennis elbow, migraine headaches, sinus headaches, neck, mid and lower back problems- all of them have been helped. Finally his masseuse -Miss Patty - Is beyond talented. She gave me a paraffin wax treatment on my hands as part of my treatment that was unbelievably helpful and everybody raves about her massages. I have been going to a chiropractor regularly for forty years. Dr clause does so much, massage,traction, therapy. I could not believe how through he was for a mere 23$. I was in Crestwood visiting my son and helping paint his new house. I pay 40 for just a five minute "crack" in Florida. Dr clause and his massage assistant spent 45 minutes to relieve my pain.
