I waited to write this review, that way I could get a feel for my doctor (Dr. Puckett) and Lowe Chiropractic as a whole. I think the entire place is great and I am so glad to have found this service. I went there after being unhappy with my former chiro who liked to lecture and the fact that he went on two disturbing rants which showed that he was compromising his health as well as his clients. After searching, I found Lowe Chiropractic and made an appointment. My doctor is Dr. Puckett, who is amazing. He actually listens and responds, provides suggestions and made it clear that he wants me to get better. Dr. Puckett also told me that if there was anytime I felt I was not being heard, or was not getting clear answers, to let him know. That really made my day. I think I had the full body evaluation, which included X-rays, scans, you name it and I do/did have a lot of stuff out of whack. Dr. Puckett went over everything and made sure it made sense as well as the payment plan. Initially, I went for 14 days in a row and I will say the place can be busy at times.... a bit unnerving during a pandemic, but I digress. Everyone is wearing masks and gloves and they do sanitize equipment after each use. All the staff and other doctors are very friendly and helpful. I think Dr. Lowe himself had to do my adjustment and he seemed really friendly as well. Overall, you can tell they enjoy their job and are not just going through the motions. I would name names of some of the people who work there, but I am awful at that. I would encourage anyone experiencing any sort of issue to go to Lowe Chiropractic and ask for Dr. Puckett, but I'm sure all the doctor's there are pretty awesome too. There is absolutely nothing bad I can say about this place! I started going to Lowe about 3 months ago because I was tired of feeling the way that I did! After a few adjustments, I felt a huge difference! The initial consultation was a breeze and very thorough!! And everything after that has been super easy! I originally found Lowe Chiropractic because i was Soooooo super pregnant and experiencing some major discomfort. My doula recommended finding a chiro that specialized Webster for pregnant woman. The whole staff was helpful in the process of understanding and solving the restrictions. I started chiropractics for the first time with this facility. I completed three visits. The staff was very friendly; however, each visit took over an hour and a half due to waiting to be seen. I decided to go somewhere closer to home. After being with my new chiropractor, I received bills from Lowe's stating that my insurance didn't cover some of my appointments. I thought this was odd because my appointments doing the exact same things (traction and interferential therapy) is covered with my new chiropractor. After talking with my insurance company and new chiropractor, I found that it is the way Lowe's coded my diagnosis. I also found this odd that my diagnosis was different than my current chiropractor considering the conclusions given to me matched those of Lowe's and was concluded one week after my other diagnosis. When I called to let them know that the code needed to be changed, they said they would but I had to get the code that my new chiropractor used. After calling my new chiropractor to get that information, I called back and provided it. They then refused to change the code, stating that them and their patience are more likely to be audited using that code. To make someone pay for something out of pocket simply because you are more likely to get audited is baffling. All this to say, I do NOT recommend going to this company because I was able to get the same diagnosis and treatment completely covered though my insurance elsewhere. read more

I want to thank Dr Lowe for the amazing care I received when I was in town. I was driving to Louisville for business when on the way down my hip "went out". I had trouble walking. I saw his office on Google with all the reviews and knew this was the place to go. They got me in that day. Knowing I had to leave the next day to drive home they did all they could to get me there. They did a very thorough exam, xrays then adjusted me. I was very impressed with their process even though I was only in town for 1 day. It made me feel very well taken care of. I was able to make my drive home the next day and follow up with my current chiropractor. Forever thankful! read more

I woke up in extreme pain on Monday. Wednesday, as I was looking for a chiropractor to see I found Lowe Chiropractic and decided to go there because they accept walk-ins. I had the honor of seeing Dr. Ryan Bond. He did a through background evaluation and then a physical examination. Immediately after this Dr. Bond took me for X-rays. He performed a lateral X-ray that revealed the underlying cause of my pain. He adjusted me and I walked out the door feeling better. For the first time in 3 days I was able to get a good night sleep and function normally. My only regret is that I did not start under Dr. Bond's care earlier and I am moving this weekend. These past 3 days have been wonderful because I have both a diagnosis and received proper care to relieve my pain. The entire office is amazing and I certainly recommend Lowe Chiropractic! read more

I love coming to Lowe Chiropractic! Everyone there is so nice and they treat you like family. They have helped so much with my back and neck pain. I had to bring my son, who has autism, with me and the staff watched him and played with him while I was treated! They explained to me the benefits of getting treatment for autism and now my son gets treated too. He has improved with sensory issues and he used to cry and run away when it was his turn. I was in a rush to get an adjustment on a Fri before 1230 and his office assistant helped me breeze through the insurance info and he got me in and out quickly.
