When I first came to Dr. Wolter, I was having so many back flare-ups that I was missing work. I have OA, PsA, and DDD, and my knees had been locked at 45 and 35 degrees for years. I couldn't walk far without needing to sit down, I often caught myself holding my breath because of the pain, and I waddled when I walked, even with a cane. Fairly quickly, my flare-ups became less intense and much less frequent. After a couple of months of twice-weekly treatments, I was moving noticeably better. I no longer waddled, I stopped holding my breath from pain, and my knees began to regain mobility, even though Dr. Wolter told me from the start that he probably wouldn't be able to do much for them. Today, my right knee has fully unlocked and my left knee has improved by about 95%. My overall pain has been drastically reduced. I no longer need muscle relaxers, and I can work more than eight hours and still feel fine afterward. I receive knee injections every three months, and the last two weeks before each injection are usually very painful. This most recent cycle was much more manageable, and I was able to control the discomfort with topical treatments. One unexpected benefit was that my GP measured me and found that I had regained 1.2 inches of height!!!!!! The ladies at the front desk are always friendly, helpful, and efficient. I'm never made to feel rushed, yet I'm usually in and out quickly. One feature I especially appreciate is the treatment table. Instead of having to painfully climb onto an elevated table, you simply walk up to it while it's level, and the doctor slowly positions it for treatment. Dr. Wolter is a rock star. His practice combines exceptional knowledge and care with genuine friendliness and professionalism. If you're dealing with any chronic pain, I highly recommend giving Dr. Wolter a visit. read more

I've been a patient here for a few months now and my experience so far has been nothing but positive. The staff are all extremely friendly and warm - they started greeting me by name from the very beginning! They start with a thorough assessment and then lay out a very detailed treatment plan. They are big on educating their patients and having patients do their part in their healing with home exercises and diet/lifestyle recommendations. And I REALLY like that their treatment plan includes massage (looking forward to my first one!). I've been coming to Dr. Todd for over 7 years. I'm on a maintenance schedule now, so I only visit once a month. When I first visited it was because I had intense pain from my sit-down job. After a few weeks I was able to get rid of my pain and see them less often. My only complaint is that I wish they were open Friday. Once in awhile they'll see patients on a Saturday, but I think that's during their anniversary celebration. read more

From the moment I walk in, I am greeted and helped at the front desk. Friendly and attentive ladies that are helpful and knowledgeable about the services and products they offer. I saw Dr. TJ which he spoke in a understandable medical jargon that I was able to follow along with. We spoke about my issues and medical history in which he was connected some issues I was having. Explain everything he was doing and plan of treatment and asked if I need time to go through and review it. He didn't force treatment and that is great, compared to other doctors that assume the diagnosis and move on, Dr. TJ wanted to make sure through x rays and my medical history what the treatment plan was going to be. Unfortunately I couldn't continue my treatment with Dr. TJ due to distance of their office, but he was happy to send me somewhere closer and even call around for me and provide the others office his treatment plan and diagnosis. I've been having adjustments here for about four years. I have a degenerative disc that requires adjustments every other week now. I've always found the practice to be professional and well run. The receptionists are always very helpful and accommodating . I've found that both Dr. Todd and Dr. Sonya are knowledgeable in their treatments and keep up with the latest improvements in chiropractic care. I also appreciate that the stock premium quality supplements and vitamins and can explain how these benefit me. This office is the biggest joke. I've been seeing a chiropractor for most of my life due to many injuries to my neck and head. I'm 41 so, roughly 30 years. I'll briefly mention that I was the office manager for a very nice successful chiropractor that has 3 offices. I did everything in that office other than what only a licensed chiropractor can do. So, I'm guessing the owners have more money than they can use because if you don't agree their very expensive treatment plan, they won't see you as a patient. Never in my life have I seen a chiropractor turn down a patient. Especially an insured one. I believe in chiropractic. I'm walking proof that it works. They require you to buy EVERYTHING they recommend, come to classes, come to as many visits as they think are necessary, pay out of pocket for massage therapy and the list goes on. For 3 months of acute treatment, they wanted me to pay $3500.00! YES I SAID $3500.00 over 3 months. I don't even bring home that much money in 3 months. Not to mention, I have met my out of pocket for the year so I wouldn't have a copay until January 1st. So if I wanted, I could go every weekday until the end of the year for free. Keeping in mind I know chiropractic in and out.... this place is a joke. I can get up and teach the classes they make you come to. They wasted 2 days of my time in pain and I walked out of there in tears. I'm not new to chiropractic. I need what I need and I know my body and how it reacts to treatment better than a man I met for no longer than a hour will ever know about me or my spine. Unless you are wealthy or have been in a car wreck, there's no way the average person can afford to accept their treatment plan. Dr. TJ was nice enough but you don't look at someone in as much pain as I'm in and say they won't treat you when you are right in their office. I had a great feeling going in because Jacque and Krista were very sweet and welcoming and it's close to home.
