Asked for new toilets and was told I should buy them and they will install. But if you clog the old toilet there will be a $50 charge to have them unclog it. A $50 charge if you have anything outside your door, a $50 charge if you don't clean up after your dog. A $50 charge if you don't put the right garbage in the dumpster. Charge for Water that is not based on usage, charge for internet, now they are even charging you to repaint the apartment after you leave. Ricky Tomlin is a money hungry scum that over charges for this shit hole and will not update anything!!! If I could rate this place a ZERO i would!!! Go somewhere else for your money!!! You wont regret it!!!

They advise the initial applicant to camp out overnight and then the company manipulates the available date online at the last minute to eliminate other applicants. I personally know 2 of the 5 people that shared this same story, the 2 I know were the ones who were told to camp out. After reading all of these reviews about this company, this was a blessing in disguise!

Dust - laid on thick on top of my kitchen cabinets & tops of shower - so basically you'll have to do your own deep cleaning before you move in. 3. Neighbors can be super loud & rude (even during the day), kids running and screaming up and down the stairs sometimes for hours. 4. AC works overtime during the day. Doesn't usually get cooler than 78 in my apartment during the day. Bring fans. 5. The whole exterior of my building needs a refresh. Just a fresh coat of paint. 6. Trees desperately need to be trimmed, especially the ones in the parking lots that are over our cars. Lots of rotten branches. 7. Very VERY squeaky floors. I feel bad for my downstairs neighbors! In the less than 2 months that she has been in charge, she has done more than anyone else in all 2 years I've been here. She is understanding, friendly, and handles business with both compassion and determination. The overall conditions of the apartments has improved drastically. I personally stayed in a 2 bathroom apartment, one having a terrible leak that actually flooded due to negligence from the old Managment. New management was hired and she had us transferred to a new apartment within a week. She acknowledged the problem, solved it so quickly, and made accommodations FOR us. Park Place has really changed under this new Managment. Work gets done, quickly and efficiently. We are thankful to have someone who, not only does their job well, but does it with such intellect and incredible communication skills. Great apartments, great prices, under AMAZING management.

When I look back at all of the time I've lived here. I would say that most of my time here has been very favorable. For most of the time the maintenance men were great and Dara was knowledgeable and easy to get along with.
