    Bacon and Cheese Omelet
    Carren R.

Wow! Best breakfast we have had in Europe thus far. The three egg Omelet with bacon and cheese was perfect. The waiter equally good. This is close to the train station and worth the trip. More of an American breakfast.

Excellent breakfast. Great price and portions. No wait for a late breakfast around lunch time. Service was great and they spoke great English. I got the Großes Frühstück. The food was great, loved the marmelade and Handsemmerl together.

From someone who only stayed in Vienna for 3 nights and came to this establishment twice, you know that this place is pretty awesome in terms of service and food! Our first dining experience was when we got off our 10-hour bus ride from Venice to Vienna and it was only 7am. We needed a cafe to chill/eat/recuperate until 12pm for our checkin at a nearby airbnb, and this cafe happens to be one of the few that open that early. Once we entered the establishment, we were warmly welcomed by our friendly waitress, who is super awesome by the way. She's one of the main reasons why we decided to come back the second time! She was very helpful in helping us with the menu and giving us advice on where to go for tourist sites and good food. From both of our dining experiences, we got: 1. Their yummy pancakes with nuts----highly recommend! It comes in a huge plate and you can choose from 3 different types of jams. The price was also very reasonable, around 8 euros I believe. 5/5 2. A breakfast croissant (3.5 euro)---it was stuffed with bell peppers, ham, cheese, cucumber, lettuce, and tomatoes. This was just alright, but it's perfect for someone who wants a small breakfast. 3/5 3. Eggs Benedict---it's definitely not your typical American eggs Benedict! Pure deliciousness--bell peppers, bacon, cucumbers, tomatoes, and poached eggs (which was a little bit over cooked in my opinion)...but it was still very good overall. 4/5 4. French toast---it's not American style French toast by the way. It has fruits on top of it, but It's very basic and not too good. Just okay. 2/5. 5. Cappuccino/cafe lattes---it wasn't outstanding, just okay. Oh, and they can make any of their hot drinks, cold. So that's a plus. But their coffee didn't amaze me. 2.5/5 SERVICE: Service is excellent. Super quick and staff is friendly. And she regularly comes by and check up on us. And, please tip while you're in Austria. It's a tipping economy. DECOR: It's very modern and quaint. I love the outdoor seating option and the way they use books to decorate the windowsills. It's spacious enough to accommodate a lot of people, so you can come here to study, meet up with a few friends, and people watch. LOCATION: it's close to the metro, and the big train station that takes you to the airport, so this is perfect as a rest spot. Overall, come for their breakfast menu! They have speedy service and WiFi as an added bonus. They also have a lot of plugs for those who want to stay there long to work.

We ate here while traveling because it was close to the train station and were so happy we did. The staff spoke English, the prices were reasonable and we were extremely satisfied by the food. The scrambled eggs were cooked with some delicious spices, the waffle was cakey and unique and we definitely recommend the chai latte.

Ordered an Egg Benedict as recommended by the service lady. One of the best I've tried, the red bell pepper and cucumber add a nice crisp to the dish. Service took longer than expected, considering I am here on a weekend with two service ladies attending to a restaurant full of crowd, I think they did great! Also recommended their Viennese coffee + milk foam (Melange). English Menu Warm hospitality Location is easily accessible

Food was good but service was a bit slow; one plate came much earlier than all the other three. Coffee was delicious.

I'm not normally a breakfast person, but this place hit the spot on a cold, rainy morning. I got the Austrian pancake with apricot jam, and it's one of the most delicious breakfast foods I've ever had. The portions were a good size for the price, and the whip ambiance was super cute as well.

Very good food and service! Nice to foreigners, like myself!! I thoroughly enjoyed the schnitzel and wine. Looked like they had many tasty pastries.

Shamelessly, I tried every type of cakes here during my very short stay in Vienna (oh year, I did go there everyday...) All delicious and the raspberry mousse and chestnuts cake are the must-haves. Basically, this is like a bakery with a wide offer in fresh breads (even bio, vegan or gluten-free) and a lot of pastries (very good croissants!), but also with a café part. You can seat indoors (nice and comfortable, with blankets and stools) and outdoors for all those who likes getting some fresh air! :) You can order there your cold or warm drinks, and something to eat; or simply get take-away. They have several breakfast menus, adapted to any appetite size, with at least a warm drink and a pastry. They also make some fresh squeezed orange juice as you order it! For lunch, they have a lots of fresh-made sandwiches, snacks and salads. I warmly recommend their salads actually: they are quite generous, tasty, healthy of course, and included in the price you get the small bread (=Weckerl) of your choice!

On the first visit I tried the almond croissant, and on the second visit I tried another almond croissant and a pre-prepared roast beef sandwich. The almond croissants were small, quite dry, and not full of much filling. While also small, the roast beef sandwich might have been okay, if not for the undisclosed curry mustard on it. I get it, curry mustard is quite popular here, but I didn't care for it. Not to mention, the croissants were a bit expensive given they were ~ over 4.5 euros. If not for the proximity to the hotel, I probably wouldn't have returned for a second visit. Service was just fine. Thanks.

We were directed to go upstairs and found an open seat in no time at all. Just passing by all the display cases filled with desserts and pastries triggered the cravings. We did a quick menu perusal but really knew that we wanted to try the kaiserschmarrn which was a traditional Austrian dessert made up torn up pancakes, served with a plum compote and dusted with powdered sugar. It was light, had a nice caramelized flavor from browning in the pan and little pops of more sweetness from the raisins. It was so delicious that we came back the next day for more but shortcut the line and got it to go from the takeaway window. Same kaiserschmarrn but around 3 Euros cheaper for a larger serving. After eating we wanted around the restaurant and towards the back you can see just how the cooks juggled making many pans of Kaiserschmarrn at the same time. Yes it's a bit pricey but so tasty to try at least once.
