Charged for a seat switch at ~57% upcharge despite absolutely no communication that the part was not working properly. Didn't complete the work properly and left grease on the seat and didn't put the switch back on for the lumbar support. I will not go back and I do not recommend anyone use this business unless you just like giving your money to dishonest people.

Today, match 1, 2026, I went in to ask about a wheel alignment., and once again, customer service did not disappoint. The young lady at the reception desk was as lovely as could be. She quoted me a price, and told me when to return. I returned within the timeframe, and my car was serviced in under an hour. I asked questions which the young lady happily answered. I received a brightly colored schematic showing the before and after. I was told there's a three month warranty if I should hit a pit hole.
