I was looking for a gym to sign up my 11 year old son and after making several calls I decided to send my son to 15th round boxing gym. After meeting George and Angelo boy was I glad to have my son train with them. Both are some good guys from Rhode Island. Very honest and genuine. They actually care and love what they are doing. Tough love is what you get but that's part of the game. Prices are very fair. We signed up for month to month plan for 150 month and that includes 4 days a week of training. If you pre-pay for several months in advance the monthly price drops. Parking is usually good and is available right in front of the gym. Seating is also available inside for parents to watch their kids. If you or your kids looking to get in shape or are serious about boxing give George a call. You won't regret it! read more

15th Round is a damn fine boxing gym. Welcoming atmosphere and a tough workout that combines conditioning and boxing fundamentals. The gym has a combination of fighters and weekend warriors of all ages and fitness levels. Everyone is supported and made to feel welcome. The head trainer George is a great teacher and motivator. He knows boxing and knows how to adjust his teaching for students with different levels of experience (or no experience). I've trained at gyms in Boston, Rhode Island, and New York City but this is by far my favorite place due to the personal attention and positive atmosphere. They also have legendary Kenyan boxer David Kamau here helping out and training. In addition to being a great boxer, he's one of the most positive people I've ever meet . I can't never thank Angelo and George enough for taking the time to train my 11 year old daughter!! Hailey was having a hard time at school due to "bullies" picking on her so I got her to train at others gym but never found the perfect one until I stepped inside 15th round!! Not only did Hailey get the courage to step into a ring but actually have the courage to fight for a tittle!! Now Hailey wii be Fighting for a state Championship on December 1,2,3 and all thanks to 15th round !! This place is perfect, classic old school gym with great vibes. My brother came her a month ago and couldn't stop talking about it. So I decide to sign up without even coming and checking the class out because how much he loved it. I just went in few days ago and signed up. Both brothers George and Angelo are awesome, funny, knowledgeable not just about boxing but overall. You go in there you have fun while hating yourself for getting yourself into this but it feels amazing. An other major plus of this place is the members. I love this place my son loves boxing because of these coaches. Are the coaches tough? of course it's boxing. Boxing ain't for emotionally unstable individuals who are afraid of getting yelled at they are preparing these warriors for war. As real as it gets. This is a true boxing gym without the hype and BS. Angelo and George run a pretty tight ship. If you want to learn some skills and get true appreciation for the art and science this is the place. If you think you want to be a pro then this is the place to test it out and discover if you have what it takes. Be prepared to work hard and be ready to receive honest and constructive feedback. One special note that needs to be mentioned is the outstanding kids program. 15th Round is like home. Couple months ago, I decided to take my first class at 15th Round and haven't looked back. The coaches, George and Angelo are great! Extremely helpful, encouraging and overall people you want to surround yourself with. The trainers/pro fighters, Alex and Andre are beyond skilled in what they do and always push us to be better every single day. The ambiance in the gym is great, has a positive environment conducive to getting great community and a great workout! But beyond boxing, beyond community, boxing has become a way of life for me. This is the best place for your kids to practice, stay healthy (mentally and physically) and get stronger. Great boxing / Muay Thai gym! Recently switched from my old gym and I gotta tell you the training is great! The coaches are world class and want you to achieve your goal whether it's to simply lose weight or fight. They actually focus on each individual's goals whether you're a beginner or have experience. The trainers, who are George and Angelo, have many years of experience in teaching and boxing. I have had people tell me "I never had a boxing class like that before." So believe me when I say they WILL train you. What really sets this gym apart from any other gym is the family atmosphere and personal attention each person receives. You can't really grow as a boxer without that personal detail attention. I have gain a lot more from this gym than any other gym, which is due to one on one attention I have received. I've been looking for a place to start my sons in boxing and when I found 15th round boxing I decided to give it a try. We walked in and were immediately greeted by coach George. He explained to us what the gym was about and the relationship he and his brother create with every member in there. The words he said that automatically made me sign them up were "this is more than a gym it's a family." Three weeks later my sons have developed not just their boxing skills but overall communication, focusing, learning and discipline skills. Coach George and Coach Evangelos really breaks down mechanics of boxing and help you learn.Also, Alex the other instructor is really knowledgeable .Anyways,the conditioning will give you full body workout.Thats why they produce champions.
