They've consistently done great work and helped keep our vehicles in excellent shape -- and we've always left satisfied. But a recent experience took things to a whole new level. When one of our cars broke down in another city, we had it towed to RC Motors for repair. Rather than simply fixing the issue and sending us the bill, they took the time to identify that the repair was likely covered under a manufacturer's recall. From there, they handled everything: coordinating directly with the dealership to get the car transferred, overseeing the process, and then verifying that all the work had been completed properly before returning the vehicle to us. We didn't have to lift a finger. That kind of initiative -- looking out for a customer's best interests even when it means more work for them -- is rare and genuinely appreciated.
