So I decided to take the class to learn how to drive safely in snowy/icy weather. Michal was very knowledgeable and I learned a ton. The first part of the class involved watching informational slides as he talked and some videos of scary accidents. The actual driving portion was super fun! You get to practice how to handle different types of skidding, and Michal would give you notes on what went wrong and how to correctly navigate. I was not very good at first, but after doing it over and over again, it felt more like second nature by the end of class. I'd highly recommend this class!

He does not speak English, so I was helping him translate. Initially, the coach said that was fine but that I could not stay in the car during the test, which I understood and agreed to. However, once we got into the car, she changed her position and said I was not allowed to help translate at all. She then canceled our appointment. This was a complete waste of our time, especially since we showed up on time and were prepared. After that, I was informed that I would not receive a full refund. On top of that, the person who called me was aggressive and harassing in their tone and approach. That was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Keep in mind he had several driving practice sessions with them previously. He showed up 15 minutes early and was told he could not complete the exam for a few more weeks. We were then told we could get a full refund or they would hold my $95 until he resheduled on June 3rd his 18th birthday. So I decided to let them hold the money. Today I call and am told I was charged $55 for being unprepared for the test. This is theft and completely unacceptable.
