That location also sold teas and I spent hours smelling different tea blends. Now, this wonderful little coffee shop tucked into the old post office still sells coffee beans and classic coffee, but seems to have less of a bean sales area. Comfy, cozy, eclectic, and a staple of the Hillcrest area, River City Coffee continues to be a wonderful spot to grab coffee locally. The baristas were friendly and quick with our orders, and a refill for a simple hot coffee was also very quick. My latte was fresh (definitely not a place I had to worry about a dead shot of espresso!) and delicious. Mom's mocha was delightful, and she enjoyed the warm ceramic mug almost as much as the coffee inside- there's just something about being able to wrap your hands around a mug on a cold morning! Can't wait to come back the next time I'm in town
