Speaking of the owner, she was so kind and enthusiastic about her menu. On her rec, I tried the White Rose boba tea (rose + white chocolate) and I need to gush over the tapioca for a second. Y'all. *Perfectly* cooked. It was so good! My partner went the chocolatey iced coffee route and was equally obsessed. Had the dark chocolate cold brew at the recommendation of the owner. Total winner of a drink! Also tried another drink and it was exceptional as well. The place has lots of room, live plants and feels welcoming and calm. There is lots of walking space for those in walkers and wheel chairs as well as seating for all body types. Tea Capital was a great stop! We tried the Strawberry Matcha and the Passionfruit Honey Tea, and both were delicious. The Strawberry Matcha had a nice balance of creamy and fruity flavors, while the Passionfruit Honey Tea was refreshing and perfectly sweet. This boba shop is definitely different! We love it! First, it's so beautiful when you walk in, lush with greenery and beautiful draping above. We love love love it! We each got something different: grapefruit Italian soda, mango Italian soda, jujube tea (this was the best!), and an iced green tea with no sugar. We sat down to enjoy the space and also share an order of samosas. This place is interesting, they have banh mi, biscoff cake, and mango yogurt cake.. Today was our first time at the tea capital and it definitely won't be our last. The first thing to note is the wonderful atmosphere that the cafe held. We spent 4 hours in there just talking! It would definitely be a good study place as well. The tea was lovely! I purchased the white rose boba tea as a suggestion from Miss Anna. Hits all the highlights of food, drink, ambiance, cleanliness, and service. The Banh Mi sandwiches are so so so good - very unexpected at a tea shop. They also accommodated a vegetarian one for my child, although I had the chicken and it was noteworthy. Not only do they serve the best boba in Little Rock, it's legitimately very good - no powders, only brewed tea, all customizable, with interesting options. The sweet treats are unique in our city. Ambiance gives you bench seating, tables, or couch, and the restrooms are gender neutral and clean. Only issue is the food is quite a wait-15-20 minutes, and I would not have minded if I knew in advance (maybe on a sign?). It's so fresh, it's worth it. read more

Its ambiance is cozy, specific for small friends gathering void of social media & encourages dialogue & games. We were there for 4 hrs and didn't even realize we were still there. Anna hosted the location like it was her home. Gracious, kind & courteous. Great suggestion on the white rose specialty tea. What an excellent space! I attended a music night hosted by a private party here and the set up was so hip and friendly. They had chai and samosas and also Bobba tea. I really like this spot! Ana is great for recommendations and they have SO many hot, iced, and milk tea options as well as a few coffee options and some food. The space is large, pretty quiet, and has wi-fi, so it's good for working/studying. Also, the building has it's own parking lot and street parking is free. Awesome experience! Saw this walking by and found out it's a brand new spot that specializes in tea and bubble tea. Talked for awhile to the two sisters who are the local owners and they were really sweet and passionate about tea. Asked for a hot tea that was a little different than their current menu and they made sure to take care of it and it was great. Never had the boba so can't speak to that but the overall menu looked pretty robust. I don't think they've had their official open yet even so it's all really new. The overall place was very spacious and had lots of room. Definitely a place I would set up with my laptop or meet somebody. We love this place! The two sisters who own it are warm, welcoming, and very informative about their products. They know what combinations work well, and are happy to offer suggestions. I ordered a tall boba tea with added syrup, and it was absolutely delightful. My companion ordered a chai latte, and it was maybe the best we've ever had; it also came in a tea pot that kept it nice and hot. They even brought us a small sampling of sweet and savory dunkers on the house, which was an unexpected gift. Most coffee/tea shops around here close early, so I appreciate that this place stays open into the evening. Good spot for a date night, game night, or gathering with friends. After sunset, it would be nice if the lights were dimmed a smidge, but that's not a deal-breaker. We'll be back, for sure! read more
