That said, I noticed the employees working outdoors seemed really affected by the heat, especially last week when temperatures were around 90° for several days straight. They looked quite heat-exhausted while handling the workstations. I understand the Inland Empire weather can be intense, but adding some fans, misting stations, or better shade/air circulation around their areas could make a big difference in keeping the team comfortable, safe, and energized during those hot stretches. It's super easy and convenient. When you go they have different levels of wash. We pay for the most expensive because you can add more cars for $20 a month. 3 cars is $60! They provide drying towels, vacuums, compressor to blow air and dust out of tiny spaces, and they have a vending machine for other items. I don't encounter a lot of employees when I go but when I have they've been pleasant. There's also a customer service line to call if needed. I rated them a 4 out of 5 because not all the equipment works all the time which can be inconveniencing when you have to switch parking spots.
