I came to get my car washed on a Saturday and yes, it was busy, but it was well worth the wait. The quality of work here is superb and the service is excellent. I have no complaints. They have plenty of seating outside and inside and The payment process is quick and easy. Be patient to wait a little bit. Bring a book or your phone and bring some earphones if you're gonna listen to an audio podcast to be polite to others around you. After my car went onto rack for washing, they left it in park and w/o a driver, it drove out of area and on to Foothill Blvd into traffic. A worker actually jumped into my car and saved it from ruin. The assistant manager promised me a free wash for the scare. But manager refused refund. I called Rialto Police Department who arrived on the scene. I wish I would've read the reviews first. I have a brand new 2025 c class Mercedes. This is only my second time getting my new car washed. The first wash I went to a different car wash with no issues. However this specific car wash ruined my car. I paid $50 for the deluxe luxury car wash. I now have swirls and scratches all over my car. Before I left I noticed water spots and that the car was dirty even the girl Kelly who takes the payment admitted that it was filthy so she said she'd rewash it if I brought it back the next day because they were closing I said okay. When I got home I noticed the scratches and swirls. When I came back I told her (Kelly) they scratched my car and she said the is no way they did that because it's 100% hand wash. At this point it's my word against hers. I won't ever return. If you love your car and don't want your paint ruined don't come back here or take pics before you let them mess up your car. Not the greatest of detailing car washes. My BF and I took our cars to get washed and cleaned. We both paid for the $50 one which is the most expensive and they only did the $50 one on my BFs car. The guy ended up doing the cheapest service on mine even though we paid for the more expensive one. I didn't notice it until I got home and my car was still really dirty inside. I went back and told him and he gave me attitude saying "well that's what you paid for" nope, we have the receipt that shows over $100 for 2 cars which I showed him. He just gave me attitude again and told me to talk to some girl (his exact words). I went inside and told the manager and they apologized and supposedly cleaned it up but it was still dirty. The girl said "oh there is some stuff that a bit stuck in the cup holder" umm use a wet wipe? Lol I had to go home and clean it all myself again. I'm usually not one to go out of my way to leave negative reviews, but my last experience with them was pretty bad and might be the last time I go there. I paid for the 35.99 Luxury Wax package. They gave the car a vacuum, but for some reason didn't wipe down or clean any of the inside of the car at all. I didn't notice until I left, but the inside of the car was exactly the same condition when I dropped the car off. I watched them dry the outside of the car and I don't think they applied any of the dressing and waxes that are supposed to come with that package. Not only that, but there is still very clear and visible dirt in the front of my car. Just felt like not much effort was put into the wash. I usually have a mobile car wash person come wash my car but he was booked and my poor car hasn't been washed in months because of the bad weather we've been having. Brought my car here and they did an ok job. Definitely not the best wash since I still see dirty spots. Don't recommend bringing your car here unless you REALLY desperately need a wash. Took my car to get wash I got the $40 dollar one but since it was a van they charge a 10 dollar extra fee for a large vehicle.everything was fine until I notice I was charge twice and different price on both charges. I call to let them know about the double charge they told me I had to go in person I when to get it fix and the young lady told me give me about five minutes while I go and check in the back. This is the only place I will go to get my car washed. They are not only professional, but they do an amazing job. I've read the negative reviews on this site, and after frequenting this place often I have NEVER once encountered a problem such as other reviewers have mentioned. Management seems to be tight knit, and keeps the workers on task. I have seen the owner double check and scrutinize work being done. Not only do the owners watch, but they also wash and clean cars as well. They have NEVER taken any of my information or valuables from my vehicle, nor would I be foolish enough to leave that in my car. They have been nothing but friendly and professional. I always leave satisfied that my little dingy car sparkles as if I just bought it from the dealership. These people slave themselves away each day, in the heat and cold, and deserve better reviews than the false ones posted by said reviewers. You'd figure that for $30 (including tip) they'd do a god job, or at least clean your wheels. This is not the case. The interior was also not cleaned very well. Now, I could do this myself, and generally do a better job, but I figured I was busy enough this week to pay someone else to do it. There were several areas of the body that were missed, fingerprints were still there on the navigation screen (which wipe off easily with a microfiber cloth) and streaks were visible on the inside of the windshield. Overall, a very half-assed job, and a wash that would probably be comparable to a $5 drive through machine wash. I should also mention that my car has leather seats, and they couldn't even be bothered to wipe down the seats with anything. The wash I payed 25 bucks for the diamond package . I would like to tell you it was the worst car was I ever got just looking at the guy that cleaned my car he was lazy and didn't get all the spots on the outside of my car I had to tell him to wipe certain areas. The inside of the car they left all the trash in my car when they're supposed to throw it away I put everything in a plastic bag to make it easier for them but they still failed to throw any trash out my car. Until they hired the young girls to work the front and to take the order. I believe her name is kelly.
