I met my husband here at this car wash. We pulled up 5 minutes apart. My car took a good 35 minutes. And his took over an hour. The definitely do not take vehicles in order here. The plus side is the seating inside (no air) and outside. They have drinks and goodies like a typical car wash. They have arcade games and massage seats that actually work. Came in for car wash last Friday 5/30/2025. Spent $26.00 plus tip. No baby powder scent and guy didn't clean my back wind shield. I subsequently realized that someone stole $40 from under my floor mat. What kind of criminals do you have working there? Check your people more thoroughly. I drive Honda Civic Coupe. Extremely upset...I went here today because I had a coupon...I asked if my coupon could be used on a specific wash and was advised yes. When I get to the front...I was told by the woman I couldn't use it and I need to take it up with the person that told me I could...after finally finding him he told me he was wrong...so I downgraded and got a different wash...which should have been $20 but then they up charged me because I have a "large suv" when I in fact have a small crossover. When my car was finally ready I noticed the inside was dusty so I asked her to wipe it off...she told me I only paid for the outside...Wtf would I pay $30 just for the outside??? The car wash was I received here is a joke, even Mateo does a better job of cleaning Jim's pelotas. There was so many water spots left on the car and areas that weren't even cleaned. I had to dry the car when I got home but some spots didn't come off. I want my money back for this shitty service. I should have just taken car to express wash. Been going to this location for over 10years and the service is gotten worse. Due to new owners cutting corners, and always spent $49 and up also had two of my vehicles completely detailed at one time with the old owner. I have a total of 3 vehicles and due to my health, I am unable to wash the cars myself so I take them to lilac car wash. I tried to stay open minded. But today was the day that the straw broke the camels back. I have one of my vehicles at the lease is up and just and just wanted that get washed so I decided to do their express car wash. Which included vacuuming, which was done car wash, which look like they just rinsed it down and dry, which was just swiped down and sat in the sun for 30 minutes to dry before I was called. I know this because I stood there and watch them. I reported to the gentleman that seem to be in charge that handed my keys to me. Let him know that that was the laziest job I've ever seen on a car wash. He told me well you only requested the express wash. which still took about an hour and 14 minutes just to have a rinse down and sat there. I let him know a wash is a wash you wash the car but he told me that's the express wash. I asked him if was the owner and was told his just an employee there. it's a shame cause I've been going to him for a long time but now I know why they're writing so slo. Well today I drove all the way from Ontario to get my vehicle washed & detailed,only because I heard it was a great place & that they do magnificent work on vehicles. Oh what a joke !....the place was poorly staffed, dirty,& but not only that it was my vehicle that was supposed to be washed & detailed , my wash included wax,scent, & exterior dressing . Well after about 25 minutes or so they honked that my vehicle was finished, as I went to inspect it the front grill was still dirty as not washed,I had smears on the outside of my vehicle,my model decal was broke off & missing,I went to let the cashier know , she said she would go look for it , but I noticed she was over in the entry vacuuming vehicles & never went to look. Nothing was done so I finally just left in disappointment & angry for this service. Not only that , as I drove away I noticed my windshield was still spotted with dead bugs & poorly or not wiped at all. This is very disappointing!! I wasted gas coming all the way here!!
