Stopped by the quack quack of Riverside Ave in Rialto today for a wash. We're actually members and the nice thing is you can use any quack quack anywhere to get your car washed. It's super easy and convenient. When you go they have different levels of wash. We pay for the most expensive because you can add more cars for $20 a month. 3 cars is $60! They provide drying towels, vacuums, compressor to blow air and dust out of tiny spaces, and they have a vending machine for other items. I don't encounter a lot of employees when I go but when I have they've been pleasant. There's also a customer service line to call if needed. I rated them a 4 out of 5 because not all the equipment works all the time which can be inconveniencing when you have to switch parking spots. read more

Twice now they have messed up my payment. A few weeks ago the first time the guy changed my card on file after I told him multiple times not to. The second time the girl kept saying they need a secondary card so I provided a card she said multiple times I will not be charged they just need to update my information. I gave her the card then she said I can't get a wash and I need to talk to customer service. I asked for a manager or supervisor she said they just left. If I needed to pay the monthly fee that would've been fine however I'm late to work now, my car is dirty and also I got charged for a monthly fee and I wasn't able to wash my car leaving the outside of my car filthy. GOOD $12.99 wash review. I don't have the membership and don't plant to get it. I don't go to car washes often to get a membership like that. The wash itself is very basic compared to others I've been to in the past. Others have given complimentary towels and air freshener. There is so much water residue after the wash and I have to make sure to dry it or wipe it off myself more than the usual. I do like the vacuum cleaner section and how it's shaded. It's also right next to in n out so you can get a quick delicious bite after all your hard work and effort drying up and vacuuming your car. read more

The repair cost? $250 out of my pocket. When I reached out, their response was essentially: "We're not responsible." No real concern. No attempt to make it right. Just a blanket denial. It's incredibly frustrating to see a company happily charge monthly membership fees but refuse to stand behind their service when something goes wrong. Accidents can happen -- but how a business handles them says everything. For a company that relies on memberships and repeat customers, refusing to take responsibility over $250 is short-sighted and disappointing . I paid for the $22.99 wash, that comes with wash wheels and I think a sealer. I paid and went through and parked to dry my car , there was no rags but a nice young man said he was going to get some for me. They were almost ready. He came back shortly. I dried my car, but what I haven't said is I'm a 77-year-old woman with a broken leg. I finished drying the car and then was going to use the rag to do the wheels and I noticed they were still just as dirty so I I asked the young man does it look like those have been done and he said no, and he said must've been somebody that went in front of you got what you were supposed to get. or It just didn't turn on so I said do you think they could refund just the part of the money from the cheapest one which I got and he said, let me take your receipt and I'll go ask the manager. He came back and he said no. The manager said the only thing they can do is you can just go through it again , mind you I'm dripping sweat. I'm old. I have a broken leg and I knew I couldn't go through the drying of the car and stuff again so I said could they at least give me an air freshener something to make the difference and he said he was sorry no the manager said no . well that's the last time I'll ever go there. They could've at least credited me the difference for the next time I went not the whole thing just the difference between the cheapest one and this one. read more

This was my first time at this location. I live in the area and I was interested maybe a monthly membership thought I'd give it a try since I was at sprouts already in the same shopping center. The actual car wash seemed good, but there were no towels, and I mean, and none of the Dispensers where you vacuum your car after the wash the passenger side air pressure didn't work either when I went to the nice young lady to ask for help, she did supply me with a few towels that were pretty wet for a location that hasn't been open very long. I was very disappointed as I've been to other locations that were superb just last week I was out in the desert Rancho Mirage area and had a wonderful experience unfortunately, I'll be taking my business elsewhere first impressions mean a lot. read more

I was sent a survey that didn't allow me room to explain my dissatisfaction, so I came here to clarify. 9 times out of 10, I am unable to just pull up quickly to the vacuums and find a fresh towel/s. I generally have to cross the driveway and flag down a team member to ask for a drying towel. I have limited time and some issues with an injury, I don't find it acceptable that almost every visit I have to take extra time to flag down a team member or walk inside to ask for reusable towel. If you need to increase my rate, do so, but don't cut back on a simple clean towel I expect with my membership. When I accompany my family to a different Quick Quack, they are greeted and offered a wet wipe each time they pull in. I have asked for a reusable drying towel prior to pulling into the wash and the response is usually met with the response that there are already towels in the vacuuming stalls. This is not true 90% of the time and I have to foolishly walk back to ask for a simple towel or two after just asking for one prior to pulling into to the wash tunnel. My suggestion is that staff offer or let people ask for a drying towel prior to entering the wash or directly after. This would cut out the guess work and the need for me to feel like a nuisance and beggar to use a towel that is expected with my membership. Also, why do I have to ask again and again for a wet wipe each? Just charge me a few extra bucks and stop being cheap. Makes me dread coming to the location. They are lucky it is the most convenient car wash to my location. read more

I tried this place out for the first time and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The service was very friendly. I only paid for the cheapest wash since it was my first time and I was surprised how good my car looked. I hadn't washed it in months and it looked great! Even the bird poop came right off. The vacuums are elite and my favorite is the air compressor. Great for BLASTING all the gunk out in the cup holders, in between the seats, and even for getting all the water that might still be in the mirrors. There's nothing I hate more than getting a nice car wash and then getting home to see the streaks of water on the side of your car. Blast that water right out for a perfect wash. I'm definitely going back and tried the higher end washes. It's probably worth getting the monthly pass with all the rain and wind out here. read more

I have a membership and I use lots of different QQCW. This location is awful. Car was still dirty when it pulled out, literally had spots that were still dry/ dusty, and there were a bunch of other spots with soap all over. Vacuums are weak... and it's not like they are busy. I will definitely take the extra time to drive to Fontana next time. They forced us into the wash with no space between like we are in some sort of hurry. Just feels like we are trying to get as many cars through and don't care about service. read more

I tried this place since I was going out of town the next morning and I couldn't wash the car myself. I noticed that the top of my car from my hood to the roof and all the way back wasn't clean. I talked to the girl who helped me and she said that she made a brush adjustment since I had the 2 cross bars for a roof rack. If she told me that in the first place, I wouldn't have paid for a wash. I then called customer service and they don't give refunds. Their solution was to give me another wash that will do the same thing. I'm not going to take off the cross bars for 1 wash. I made a dispute with my bank so I will be getting my money back. I took a pic that night and I have my receipt. For a company to brag about how good they are, they sure fell short. Myth busted. On a side note, after I polish and wax my car, I'd never go to any of these car washes. All they do is ruin your pain over time, no matter how gentle they claim to be. read more

I went here for their advertised free washes at 8pm and the machine soap rollers ended up cracking my windshield near the bottom with how it slammed down on my car's window. I had to have it fixed the next day. I filed an incident report, they said they would bring it to the manager, and then I got an email from the store manager saying basically they couldn't find anything on the footage and refused to send the video to me but that they wanted me to come in on my day off and review it with them if I wanted to. They won't send the footage to me, won't pay for the damage, but want me to sit there and waste time anyway. What??!! I had clear photo evidence and my family were witnesses in the car at the time of the car wash but apparently this big corporate business won't be held accountable for the wrongdoings they commit. OH and the car wash left a bunch of water spots and didn't dry very well. Don't bother coming here. I hate to be a Karen but at this point, I had an entire windshield replacement cost on my shoulders while the corporation gets away scott free. Beware, y'all. read more

Went online to purchase membership offered a 50% discount. Could not purchase said my license plate was registered. Went to car wash location they registered me at full price informing me to call customer service and they would refund my discount back to my card. Called customer service and they stated they do not give refunds or honor any online discounts. They will not refund purchase with cancelation. So they just take your money! read more
