Saw an add on social media to try a free class so I decided to give it a try. The staff called and…read moretexted..... a lot to get the class scheduled. The waiver comes via text which made it easy to get that done prior to class. The class starts on time. I was still looking for the actual place when class started so had to reschedule for another day (there were also texts and calls reminding me about this). The actual class was awesome. The instructor had a nice calm voice and demonstrated what needed to be done (while talking us through how to get into position) which was great for different types of leaners. At the end of class, we were given a spiel about packages with the option for drop in classes. I personally prefer a handout with exact class days and times as my schedule varies from week to week. I did not buy a package that day, but still continue to get texts from here. When my schedule slows down some, I will definitely be working Pilates in.

First couple of weeks, I made a call to reach out questioning the fees. Instead of a call I receive a text which i thought was unprofessional and strange. This woman answers me back through text and when I sent back I want to cancel I received no reply after texting back several times!! After several months go by and I try to cancel again calling, A guy answered saying that he will text me a email to go and cancel. Two hours later, my bank shows an unfamiliar $76 fee attempt from Memphis Kick Boxing. I do not recommend this company, terrible communications and way of business. I have been in email wars seems like with myself they barely reply. Currently after asking for cancellation they told me that they will continue to pull out the $12.50 per week since they cannot get the $76 fee! I have been in talks with my bank institute they have stated this is a recurring charge but that they cannot block because of the way the business registered with payments they cant block it.
