I got the grilled cheese with brisket and a house salad as my side. The creamy cilantro dressing caught my eye and it was so good. I believe their dressings and bbq sauces are made in house. This place's prices seem too low for the quality you get. My grilled cheese was SO good. I tried, but I couldn't finish it. It was just as good the next day. The brisket was so good. And I'm not big on bbq. Usually brisket is too fatty for me. But whatever they did, they did it right.

My husband and I each ordered the Tecumseh Brewing Company Burger known as the TBC on a challah bread, accompanied by Caroline's onions, the famous TBC Bear Cheese, candied bacon hot and fresh! Which did not disappoint and it delivered all of my beefy burger cravings and satisfaction. They also come with a good portion of their chips and a dipping cream sauce. It was great, and I loved it so much that I came back later that evening to get another one. As I was sitting at my table enjoying my spectacular lunch, I noticed that they were playing some great tunes.
