For dinner my Niece ordered chicken nachos and I ordered the wings. My only complaint is they delivered her nachos right away and she was completely done with them before my wings came. It would've been nice to have had both of them delivered together since they were our dinner. Her chicken nachos were okay nothing that great. The same for my wings. Next time we will try a regular Pizza as I think that is their specialty as they make the dough fresh each day and we could taste that in our appetizer. This restaurant desperately needs improvement on DoorDash deliveries. There isn't a dedicated area to pick up deliveries like other restaurants. So tonight, the 5th employee that walked by me finally asked me if I was being helped. She was very polite. The previous 4? No acknowledgment at all! No eye contact, no smiles... DoorDash gives drivers a time to pick up orders. Almost every time that I arrive, this restaurant hasn't been able to deliver a pickup order within the allocated time frame. The longest I have waited to pick up an order has been 35 minutes. I have waited more than 10-15 minutes on other orders, and drivers have the option on unassigning an order if they have to wait that long. The problem with that is that if the order is unassigned, the customer has to wait until another driver comes to pick it up, and I'm sure that especially on non pizza orders, burgers for example, those orders are not hot at all. As a customer, if your order from this place isn't hot, this is probably what has happened. This restaurant has issues and I won't go into them here, but this is to educate customers as to what happens when you place an order here. Expect a delay on your order. And if your order is hot, and your order has taken awhile to be delivered, that means your DoorDash driver waited until they prepared your order.... Customers need to keep this in mind when ordering from here.
