I had looked at several other storage facilities in the area when I was selling my house and moving into an apartment and needed to store some of my stuff. 10x Self Storage beat all of the rest that I looked at. The manager that I first met with was excellent and and explained the whole process to me who hadn't rented a unit previously. The facility is easily accessible and conveniently situated with lots of parking. It is climate controlled and the inside access is great as opposed to other facilities which only had access from the outdoors and were not climate controlled. The building is kept very clean which I appreciated.

I had a great experience at 10x - their facilities are top notch, and they run an honest business…read more The facility I used (Pullman Street in Worcester) was staffed regularly, always spotlessly clean, climate controlled, and the staff was always responsive with questions. Previously, I was at a competitor. I had a small 5x10 unit, outdoor access, not climate controlled, and part-time attendant. I went there because it was close, and they had a "first month free" offer. I never actually got that free month, and they raised my rates twice in a six month period by a large amount. At first, it was $85/month, then two months in it was raised to $133/mo; then I got a notice in November that it would be raised to $180/mo right before Christmas. I decided it was time to move out and find some place better. I got a unit at 10x Self Storage on Pullman Street. The unit was 10x10 (actually a little bigger), indoor, and climate controlled. At $175/mo, it was a tad cheaper than my previous unit with way more benefits. They offered 50% off for the first three months, and actually stuck by the offer (unlike the previous place that never gave me the promised free month). I used the 10x10 for a year, then downsized to a smaller 5x5 unit at $59/mo before moving out (I no longer needed extra storage). I really appreciate a company that doesn't bait-and-switch, and that doesn't get you into a unit only to jack your rates up. I found 10x to be an honest business, top quality, and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them, and would also use their facilities again.

My card company blames their billing practices, stating they did not use the correct confirmation number, therefore billed me two times, yet Cubesmart is blaming the CC company, yada, yada, yada! That money was unfortunately my bus fare to my Mom for Thanksgiving, my Dad just passed a few weeks ago. This is horrible, and not sure what now to do. For that experience, it is hard to blame cubesmart, or my CC company, I am not happy about that.

This is a new facility that just opened on Nov. 1. It is climate controlled and so clean…read moreand bright! The lobby area has space for business office and a meeting room. I am storing my beautiful RV in their back parking area which is paved and well lit. I have only stored her in a covered heated garage in the past,so I am nervous about outside storage. Now that I am feeling more confident that I have this great storage spot. And December rent is free! The manager is very helpful and organized as well! I have seen plenty of storage places in the last 4 years, and this is definitely a winner!

We had to keep his stuff in storage for 3 months. The facility is outside of the City limits and easy to get to. Its a very quiet location and very large in size. Cost was reasonable, and much cheaper than the city competition. Has plenty of carts to move your stuff into an elevator. Has great pull-in garage area for unloading. Staff was very friendly and all transaction management is web based. A1 in my book.

Seriously,…read moreif you have ever dealt with self moving and reserving a truck with most U-hauls, I am sure you have experienced the run around, truck doesn't show up or you have to go to another location to get it or the CSR just plugs in a random location. Well, I will never use another UHaul but the one in Clinton. Chris the manager is fantastic and went above and way beyond to fix reservations and returns even though it was not his problem. I hope uHaul realizes his impact on the brand and reputation of the company. He was polite, responsive and solution driven. Clinton UHaul sets the bar high for the rest of the company thanks to Chris!
