I had a light fixture that rusted out in our guest bathroom after an issue with the ventilation fan failing. I needed it replaced. I also had issues with 3 ceiling fans that needed replacing. One ceiling fan in the kitchen, one in a spare bedroom, and one in the master bedroom that is high up due to the vaulted ceiling. Jerrick and his team were fantastic to work with. They came in to install an existing mount and a…read morenew 77" TV in a brand new home. Upon sizing up the existing mount and the height of the TV above the mantel, they made a reco to change the mount to a motorized mantel mount and to wait for that to come in before moving forward. This was 100% the right call and I appreciate that Jerrick was more focused on doing what was right for the space and the home than completing a job in that same day. They installed this mantel mount yesterday and it's a game changer. I had never heard of this type of mount and it completely changes the TV viewing experience compared to regular mounts. Jerrick even stuck around to help me with cable management and making everything look clean and tucked in behind the TV. I will gladly work with Jerrick and Straight Line TV installations again.
