Excellent installers…read more This review is a little late since the install was about 3 years ago. But I've had no issues and so I decided to give a review. I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

He was complaining that my $300 mount was more expensive to remove & install. Then, he couldn't transport it in his van full if stuff. So, my roomate & I had to bring it down on my flat handtruck and put it into my suv. We brought it to the new place and he helped to hold the TV as we wheeled it in. Then he said he couldn't install it on my wall and we had to spend an extra $50 to buy this cheap mount that doesn't move side to side..etc. Then he offered to take my expensive mount & I said No. I only paid him $350 so he would leave. It was terrible. I'm having another company come in to install MY original mantel mount for $150.

They promised to come back the next morning. We could not get a hold of them after that to answer our questions and finish the job. They just disappeared. We were highly frustrated. I happened upon Stan and Honu Experience after that and it truly was a 'whole nu' experience. Stan was straight up and showed me that our receiver was partially blown. He showed me how the previous individual had 'rigged' the wiring to partially work.....it gave us sound but not true surround sound. I really appreciate the fact that Stan was not afraid to show me the bad news and let me decide how to proceed. I happily went with his recommendation and got a new receiver which he arranged at a great price. Stan took the time to explain the system and showed us clearly what to do. Thank you Stan!!

I had my central vacuum replaced yesterday per one of the motors was not functioning. I also…read moreneeded repair to the three inlets in the house. This cost close to $700 dollars! They didn't test my hose or check to make sure my equipment worked. Also they changed only 2 of the inlets in the house and the quote was for 3 inlets. And now I have 2 white covers and one brass inlet in the house. Also the old brass outlet cover closes slowly instead of quickly like the new white covers. One of the white inlets the cap to the screw broke off and he didn't bother to change it and said it will work just fine. I had some questions about my systems equipment and I could tell he didn't want to take the time with me. What a difference from working with Denise who is now retired. I have called 2 days so far and no return call back. If they call soon and come back to do the job right I'll revise this one star I gave them. Sometimes I think cause I'm a older single woman they can just do half ass work. I wasn't even given a walk through when they were done. I did a quick one as I could see he was leaving. This is an update: they never came back. When they were here I stayed out of their way and was respectful of them. I didn't get it in return.

Well, they can and not only can they do most anything you need, they do it with patience, lots of grace, a sense of humor, total dedication to perfection and without ripping you off. Once you start talking to the people who work here you will find that most of them have been there for over a decade and some of them have been there almost two decades and that's because they love what they do and it shows in every aspect of this process. We had an initial consultation which they credit back to you if you have the work done and then we made our choices with tons of guidance based on our budget and needs. The team came on the day of install and they were clean, professional, knowledgeable and just plain good guys. We had one little hiccup after they left and they immediately came back and fixed it. We started with Quincy in the store to pick out the TV and eventually started working with Alex for the entire set up and he sticks with you through everything until the very end, even follow ups. He's easy to get a hold of and responds directly. Lloyd came to do the once over for install and the guys who came to do the work were Desmond and Alan. I really can't recommend them enough and they made what we thought was going to be a difficult and hard experience something that we quite enjoyed and we are super happy with the end result.
