I had to renew my RN license and this place was it. I will NEVER go elsewhere. This is my second time getting my fingerprints because another place had no clue and messed up my paperwork. (This other place has more Yelp reviews.) This place charged me less than the other place that messed up. THEY ALSO TAKE CREDIT CARD!! I'm not sure why but a lot of other finger printing places take only cash but this place will take various payments. Zero wait and I was in and out in less than 10min. He knew exactly what I needed when I said I am here to get fingerprints to renew my license. He said, "ok. You need this tracking code and just fax this paper or email them these numbers." I literally just filled out a form (that he already filled out most of the important info and I just had to write my info in) and then went to the back to get fingerprints then I was out. I can't rave enough about their ability to perform their job in a timely manner; esp. because I was getting off of a 12hr shift. I found out with short notice that I needed a background check for work . Fortunately I walked right into the 1A office-I didn't need an appointment. Also fortunately, the staff person was not busy and she was able to get my prints done electronically and sent them out right away. She also gave me the receipt and showed me the tracking number that was needed to get my license renewed. Bottom line this business was knowledgeable and efficient. They didn't waste my time.
