Rating this store with two stars only as the open hours are erratic and ever changing, sometimes week to week. Cannot remember how many times I went there, walked up to the store and was unpleasant surprised when it was totally closed. Other Ups stores seem to have more stable hours/days, so I won't be going to this one going forward as I can't depend on it. read more

Though I didn't know they moved AGAIN. I do like that they are always able to help me with returns or shipping items for my orders. The staff is nice and patient. I think this location works best for them because the truckers are able to pick up their items from the back door. read more

This staff has no clue what they're doing. I pre-paid $60 for shipping. I get there and they scan the QR code, and try scamming me into buying packaging. I paid for pack and ship, so that they could pack the items. After some back and forth, he "notices" where it says pack and ship. Then, he asked for me shipping code. I've never heard of that before, I had the label and QR code. I asked him where to find it, he had no idea. I left, and now I have to figure out how to get a refund for my shipping, because he couldn't help with that either. I'm not sure if they're running a scam where they pocket extra fees when they fool you into double packaging. Maybe they were just high and confused. Either way I'm out $60 and have two unshipped packages. read more

I was in town briefly and needed something printed. A small print job, just 10 pages on regular paper. I ordered online that morning and stopped in later that day in hopes they could just print it real quick. The employee stated only the manager has access to print online jobs and he wasn't there. I was leaving back out of town so I asked him to cancel the order which he said he would. Two days later I get an email notification that my order was complete and I was charged. That was almost 2 weeks ago and have called 3 times and no one will call me back and I still have not received a refund. read more

I enjoy this UPS location more than most. I frequent here a lot to ship various items. The drop off is always smooth and quick. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They're also very knowledgeable about their products and services. I love the UPS mailboxes they offer. You can receive packages with a UPS mailbox, which I think is cool. read more

I come here to drop off packages frequently and the staff are always inviting, quick and efficient even during busy times. A memorable moment that prompted me to write a review was the owner's kindness and patience toward a caucasian mother of 2 kids. He and the staff were busy assisting customers when one of the kids literally grabbed the biggest roll of bubble wrap and unraveled it across the store like it was the red carpet. The mother did absolutely nothing to stop her kid from acting like an animal, and the kid proceeded to stomp on the bubble wrap like kids typically do AT HOME. But this is a store, and if I were that kid's parent, he would've gotten some stern disciplinary action for acting like a fool. Certain people just have no respect for people or their environments. And those people turn out like that because of their lazy parents. Regardless, the owner kindly asked the mother to reimburse for him for the umpteen amounts of popped bubble wrap to which she agreed but did NOT end up paying. While waiting in line, I just saw her walk out after the chaos she let her kid cause. The owner wasn't even upset about this. He just let it go. I applaud you, man. read more

I went here tonight to pick up my package. I recieved a note on my door the day before instructing me to pick it up at this location. I handed the man who greeted me my slip and he acted unsure of what to do. He proceeded to ask one of the UPS drivers who happened to be there if I could pick up the package with the slip I had. They told me no at first and asked me what does the slip have to do with the package? I said um, it was left at my door... I finally showed them my ID with the matching address and they finally gave me my package. Very confused of why they acted that way. I hope I never have to come back here... read more

I have been coming to this store be a useful it is the nearest in the area. There are times that the clerk gave good service. But last Friday was a NO GOOD, NO GO. I had to ship a very awkward and heavy package and Alex(manager or owner?) figured it all out and made it stress free for me. I simply dropped it off and he took it from there, packaged it up and shipped it out. It then only took UPS 3 days to deliver it. Ask for Alex, he's very friendly and willing to solve your packaging and shipping needs. read more

We have used this UPS Store many times over the last 10 years. Today my children and I entered to send a fax. We were speaking with a young man about sad facts, and my daughter turned quietly and picked up a bag of pink peanuts. She said mom look at this it's so light! Then a woman entered and said put that down now! She then added please. I looked back to see if my daughter had done something inappropriate, but she hadn't. She was calmly standing there holding the bag which was there for customers to handle and purchase. We all felt really uncomfortable in the store from then on. I decided to say something to this woman about how she had spoken to my daughter. I waited for her to come out so that I could speak to her directly rather than just speak to her manager. I told her my daughter just wanted to look at the bag of packing peanuts, that was all. She said okay I have to go help this person now... And literally turned away from me as though what I said meant nothing. I then said that I would then just speak to her manager since she would not speak to me in a civilized way. I guess I was hoping for her to Simply acknowledge that it wasn't necessary to reprimand my child so harshly since she hadn't done anything wrong. This woman was doing no such thing. Just be aware if you're taking your children in there, there is an employee who has a very poor attitude. read more

I wish I could rate 0 stars. The mentality at this store is that they only ship the package. Where it lands is not their responsibility. They are an agent for UPS and should own the end delivery. So they are great if you just want them to just ship. If you want it shipped to the right location I would recommend someone who takes ownership. By the way, I even spoke to the owner, Eric Nam, and that was his mentality. read more

Shipped an expensive computer through these guys. They overcharged shipping by A TON (cost me $175 to ship through them, return shipping after they screwed up cost me $85 directly through ups.com). They also did an incredibly poor job of packaging the computer and UPS managed to mangle it during shipping. They did a poor job communicating the fact that if you ship through The UPS Store you're at their mercy when dealing with claims (their Pack & Ship Guarantee is pretty much a guarantee you'll pull your hair out). The manager was fairly disrespectful and incredibly unresponsive. They didn't refund my return shipping and claimed I'd receive the full price of the computer back (I didn't, I had to waste my time lugging a beat up computer to the Apple Store to get a repair estimate). They didn't even refund me the proper amount of shipping, claiming that I don't get the fuel surcharge back (do you see that on this page because I don't: http://www.theupsstore.com/products-services/packaging-shipping/Pages/guarantee.aspx). Oh, and it took 6 weeks and several calls to The UPS Store corporate HQ to get any answers. The UPS Store HQ, while staffing very nice people, is also incredibly forgetful and bad at getting back to you. Stay far away from this local store. They're terrible at packaging, overcharge on shipping, and will lie and screw you over if anything goes wrong. read more

Very rude! I stopped in to drop off an envelope that was incorrectly addressed to my home. I was not greeted at all, and a man snatched the envelope from my hand and did not listen to me as I tried to explain that it was delivered to the wrong address. I can't wait for this envelope to show up at my house for a second time. read more

They lost my package and it was a cashiers check and it takes 8 days to find. I called them on the second I sent it and mostly got the run around. I was going to report them and they are not owned by any company that is known so it is privately owned and they don't even know where the packages go after they leave there store all they can say it somewhere in Baltimore is the hud. I called the main 1800 number they said we tracked it and we don't know who shipped it but it will go under investigation. But we can inform you that it was shipped to the wrong address. I am like go get it then. They state oh it is under investigation and we can't but it had been a day in a half. Oh no we have to wait 8 days. What? And I had a deadline for this cashiers check. In my eyes FED X is a block away and that is where I will go for now. Choices we make could be wrong but we live and learn and I will tell anyone keep driving FED X is on the same side of the road and it's a block away. And that day I didn't want to go an extra block but now I will. Come find out that the company that suppose to receive it state that UPS does it all the time so she knew what steps to tell me to take . read more
