It's a huge store and quite loud. I also do not like that they speak Vietnamese all the time. I know they were making "funny" remarks about customers. I did not feel like a valued customer. The pedicure was decent so no complaints there. Then we got to my nails. They switched me to someone else who seemed upset he had to do his job. He cut me twice and rushed through the whole process. My nails were done yesterday and they look a week old. My cuticles still look horrible and since some of the nails weren't glued on all the way, they're already lifting.
