Staff is super friendly my main complain of nail salons is that the staff is usually very bossy with "I know what I'm doing and you dont know what" attitude...they're nail work is great but is not what you had in mind. Don't let Ann touched you nails . She ruined mine. I have been getting gel manicures, on my nails, for the last year. They would last 4 to 5 weeks. Only reason to get them done is because my nails grew. Went to Ann, two days later the gel was cracking and chipping. I went back in. She had me soak my fingers in polish remover, then used electric sander to remove the polish. She then refilled my nails. This time my nails are so weak they bend and break, plus the polish cracked and chipped again. Worst manicure ever. read more

Started manicure left me with clips on my nails for about 40 minute while going to do pedicure. I finally walked out with a disaster on my nails customer getting pedicure also wanted manicure. I don't have 2 hours to wait for them to finish. Owner did and said nothing. I will not be back nor would I recommend this place. The staff was very friendly, however I paid $70.00 for 2 pedicures that were less than mediocre. The "callous remover" left my feet very rough and the massage was done in the blink of an eye. This is my second time coming here and will be my last. I got a full set and this guy was really rough and when he got done with my nails there was a black hair it. Came into the salon as a walk in. I waited a few minutes and was then ushered to a pedicure bowl. Kathy started my pedicure with "what color"? As she was starting my pedicure I noticed her using instruments that were laying loose in a plastic container. She kept using them on my toenails and I was thinking at that time maybe she noticed an ingrown toenail. Long story short, after my pedicure within 1 hour my second toe was becoming very sore! That night I couldn't even have a blanket lay on my toe. When I got up the next morning my toe was purple with the start of blisters! It was extremely sore! I ended up at the urgent care and was told I had a staph infection and wad put on 19-days of Amoxicillin. My husband took pictures and went into the salon to speak to the owner or manager. The ladies would not tell him who that was. When he showed them the picture of my toe, the ladies all said they don't cut the skin and they sterilize their instruments. They also said I must of stubbed my toe!! I will never go there again I tell everyone what kind of salon this is!! read more

Horrible. Absolute waste of money. Came for pedi/mani and was told to have a seat at the pedi chair, where I then waited in the cold water for over a half am hour. Contemplated getting up and leaving, but finally someone came over. My toes looked worse leaving -- the "scraper" they used made my heels DRY and the paint job was the worst I've ever had. Looked like she did barely one coat on a couple, while others - the paint didn't even touch the bottom. THEN the woman BUMPED AND CHIPPED my big toe putting on the flip flop, and didn't bother to fix it! I didn't say anything because it was so blatantly obvious, I figured she was going to fix it -- nope. Whatever, i can change the color myself. Then I go to get a mani and the woman argues with me and rolls her eyes over me wanting white on the whole nail. Says, "nail too short, white will chip". ...?!? Lady, if that's the case, EVERY color will chip. So then she holds up the blue color from my toes and I say sure, just put the blue on the nails. LOL she ends up rubbing lotion on my hands and putting a clear coat on. Then it's just, "okay thank you" and points to the door. Are you f*cking kidding me? $45 for shit nails & a bad attitude. Never coming back. **Oh, and they allow women to bring their screaming 1 year olds to sit on their lap and fuss the entire time. I get my nails done for some peace and quiet from my toddler, not to have to sit and listen to some other person's fussy baby!!!!** Save yourself some sanity and go somewhere else. read more
