Did an excellent job on my ingrown toenail and my sisters ankle felt so much better after her reflexology treatment. That bit about garbage bags is ridiculous. They use small plastic bags on your feet and hands to help moisturize them. Great job ladies. read more

I went here after being disappointed at the nail place next to Fry's. I asked for a pedicure and should have asked for the basic $20 one. after an hour of moisturizing my hands and working on my feet, I suspected I'd been lured into the $35 massage/pedicure and I was correct. but she didn't ask either. there was no massage, my big toenail was bloodied and the polish didn't go all the way to the edge of my nails. The shop was dirty, unorganized my nails have dips in them I definitely won't be back there !!!! She didn't clean around the cuticles with the drill there was shellac left on my skin. I would not recommend this shop at all!!!! read more

horrible! my nails look terribl. she put some nasty chunky lotion on my hands that was super oily! grose! would not recommend! she asked if my family was Mexican and I said no. then she looked at me and said "your white?" and I said yes and she said "I'm sorry" like wtf! that's the first red flag! my nails just look terrible and have a bunch of acrylic under them! DO NOT COME HERE TO GET WAXED. I came for a simple eyebrow clean up and she did a horrible job. No trimming, no plucking Left tons of stray hairs. I asked her multiple time to trim and pluck the hair and she didn't. Was very disappointed that I even wasted my time coming to this shop. Yikes. read more

This nail salon is owned by a sweet lady who gives amazing pedicures-thorough and relaxing- and nice manicures. It's nice to get one on one attention and not feel like you're just being pushed through an assembly line. The salon is in the shopping center but it's around the side so you have to park around the side of the building or else walk through the covered part of the building. Her equipment is getting upgraded but she is still open for business!! read more

The owner massacred my fathers feet. She did a pedicure, she knew he had diabetes and she made his feet raw on top of his toes and shaved the bottom so bad that they hurt him to walk! When I called her on it she said she did not see him. Only a 55 year old guy! My dad is almost 79!! Not 55. I got in the car and went down to her business and showed her a picture of my dad and his feet! Then she remembered him. It had only been 20 minutes! She then said oh yes I told him I would not do his feet, she then said he begged. My dad will not beg anyone! I also looked at my dads feet before he went, and said yes it's time for one! She cut 2 toenails so short they bled! She is a liar, and not fit to have a business! Calling BBB in the morning. Plus a lawyer, my son! My dad always tells her he's a diabetic. She has done them 4 times, but this was awful. Pure negligence! She left him in the water for over 30 minutes while she worked on someone else! If she thought he should not have a pedicure, she as a owner should have said no I will not do it!!! read more

I'm from out of town and this salon was withing walking distance. My first impression was that it wasn't the cleanest salon I've ever been in. I was first with Dien (Diane). Let me say that when I walked in I had beautiful, healthy nails, nice strong nails, not paper thin nails. Not anymore. I can bend them now which I couldn't do before. Why? Because she used a dreml tool with with a very coarse grit tip on it. I questioned if she had one that wasn't so rough and I was told she had 30 years experience and that she knew what she was doing. I should have gotten up and walked out that point. I wish I had. Next I got my hands pushed into a bowl of cold acetone and told to soak. I did for about 25 minutes. I got moved to another chair for the remainder of the manicure. Now I've been doing for this a long time but this is the first time that I had one nail at a time done. Paint, into the light thing-y, paint another finger, into the light thing-y. I've always had one hand done at a time and then the next. Nothing wrong with this new way, just seemed time consuming. The end result? Barely acceptable. Polish on my skin, she told me to wash when I go home, color on my nails where it shouldn't be as I had just the tips done, I'm hoping that washes off too. This place is an absolute JOKE. Let me start out with I looked online to check out reviews of nails salons before I chose this particular location. Being their "3" stars outnumbered the other options, I chose to go here. Big mistake. I came in to get acrylic nails removed. I sat down and the owner (I'm assuming) asked me "Are you sure you want to take off, you just get fill?" Yes, I'm sure or else I would have asked for a fill? She shrugged her shoulders seeming disgusted and handed ME a nail buffer and said "Start sanding, really hard, long time" WHAT?! Since when do customers do their own nails? Afterwards she asked me to soak my nails in acetone. After 15 minutes I was asked to move chairs to another technician, she began to use the dremel and sent me back to a different chair to soak for another 15 minutes as she just walked out and disappeared for about 30 minutes. At this point my fingers were tingling and the acrylic was obvious to me as soft and ready to be removed, so I took my fingers out of the acetone. Then, the other nail technician moved me to yet another seat (3rd one so far) and literally pushed my entire hand into the acetone and said "keep your nails in there" she went on to ask me "How you find out about my place?" I told her "The internet". She replied, "Oh well we family here, no new customers come here." What the hell is that supposed to mean? Excuse me for being a tourist from out of town and supporting local businesses. By far one of the worst nail experiences I've ever encountered. Not to mention this place is by far from clean or relaxing, what most expect from a nail salon. The quality of customer service is dissatisfying and attention to detail is ridiculous as seen in photos. Save your time, money, and stress and go somewhere else! read more
