I took in my 50+ year old Seiko automatic for its first service. The service cost more than the watch is worth but the watch has sentimental value: I wore it when I got married and used it when I used to scuba dive, even though it isn't a diver. Seiko won't service this model anymore and 1ne Watch Repair charged me $200 less than another estimate I received. And he didn't charge me to regulate another, new watch I recently bought but wasn't keeping time as well as I wanted. I'll use 1ne Watch Repair again. read more

Stopped by here after lunchie on the fly. We were very impressed with the extreme quickness of how the 3 watches received new batteries. We didn't time the gentleman but it was less than a blink of an eye, seriously. He could have made in on Guinness Book of Records. Bottom line, we enthusiastically happy, paid via Square and even had a parking spot out front. Guess the Sun, Moon and lucky stars were positively aligned today. Highly recommend . Accidentally went to Anatoly's at first before being given the new address on Telegraph. Nondescript building with a small sign - you're in the right place. The proprietor was no nonsense. Stopped eating his lunch to come attend to me as soon as I stepped into the shop. I explained I needed 3 watch batteries replaced (Timex, Shinola, and Chanel J12). He took them and immediately got to work. He also motioned to his candy dish for while I waited - not gonna lie the ginger lychee candy was actually really good! He was done in less than 10 mins, and time and date was set on all the watches. $50 flat for 3 battery exchanges and barely a dent in my Saturday afternoon? Definitely coming here for all my next battery replacements, and based on the other reviews, probably all my other watch needs as well! read more

I've been coming to see Sergey to change watch batteries and straps for several years, beginning when he was located on Piedmont Ave. Now on Telegraph just south of Alcatraz, it's much further from me, but I will not take my watches to anyone else. Sergey is kind, efficient, and gets the job done, usually right on the spot. I love the new space, which has a waiting area and huge windows looking out to Telegraph. I took a 15 year old basic coach watch to him that has high sentimental value and told him 2 other places couldn't fix it. Within 10 minutes, it was working again. He re-did the movement of my 30 year old seiko, for a very fair price and in record time. His work has a 1 year guarantee. His sizing is fast and accurate. An absolute gem and a lost art. I took a clock in to be repaired. I was told that the approximate time for the repair would be 1to 2 weeks, after not hearing anything for about three weeks, I called and was told that he was not able to get to it yet, but it would be ready following week. I finally went into the shop to check on it, again the clock had not been repaired. I was told again that the clock would be repaired by the following week. Approximately 10 days after that I received a picture of a clock with a tag on it and my name and phone number. However, it was not my clock. I then texted back to advise him that the clock in the picture was not mine and was told that my clock was in fact was ready to be picked up. I went in a few days later and finally,my clock had been repaired. The clock seems to be working fine. From the time I dropped the clock off and picked it up was approximately 1 1/2 months. I'm sure if you need a battery replaced or something minor, this would be a good place to go. However, if you need to leave something to be repaired, you'll need to allow more than enough time as repairs are not done in a timely manner. read more

Nestled in a mens clothing store. I love this shop. They even have alterations inside. The watch specialist was busy the day I walked in, but he works fast. Fitting my watch bracelet cost me $12. There in the corner was the watch repair shop and it's master horologist. A craftsman, he handled my watch with care and confident authority.
