On the phone they took an estimate of the area and number of rooms to shampoo and provided a $ amount based on that. 1 week before the scheduled date I had to call and ask to do the job sooner since there was a change in our relocation plan. They worked with us and gave us an earlier date. They also agreed to enter the house using a lock box since we wouldn't be there yet. The technician called me about 30 mins before getting to the house to let me know they were on the way. The place looked clean and detailed when we got to the house 2 days later. We will certainly use them again in the future!

They arrived when they said they would (I'm very big on punctuality) , were very thorough with their work, knowledgeable , and professional. Joe was very understanding and took his time when explaining the process and answered every question I had (despite me asking numerous questions over and over). Tech said he would be removing ruined flooring and raise the personal items that were still on the floor when he got there so it would be less damage to my personal belongings. 90% of the visit was spent in his van (can be varified by neighbors and family that were there helping). He pulled up some flooring but left it in the basement. He raised less than half my belongs and the rest was left on the floor ruining the contents. He did place a couple jumbo fans which did nothing. Insurance denied my claim, the next day a female came and told me I owed $1722.49 for the work the tech completed and another $10k to finish with remediation in the basement so mold would not grow since insurance would not be covering. I started to get phone calls pretty regularly from the same female stating I need to pay $1722.49 for the services rendered. I asked to talk with a manager and she tells me she is the manager. Needless to say, I will not be calling these people again!
