1st Chiropractic Life Center really helped my life. They're affordable, visits are fast and scheduling is so easy. When I started going almost 3 yrs ago I was having headaches nearly everyday. My neck and upper back hurt all the time. I was tired all the time. I was starting to have tingling in my right arm and hand, especially when driving. I was 28. I should not have been hurting so much. The first time I got adjusted several of my problems stopped. I remember laying on the table and I had a headache, bad tingling behind my eyes and aching at the temples. As soon as my neck was adjusted the headache stopped right away. It was such a relief. About a month ago, I started my journey with Dr. Mary because of a hockey shoulder injury. My arm would go numb all the time and I would compensate with my right side which in turn affected my neck and back. Well I am here to say WOW 4 weeks later my mobility and numbness is 90% better and I feel so much more aligned in my neck and back. The staff is amazing and always friendly and kind. What I find Great is that Dr. Mary takes her time with each person no matter what there issue is, and she remembers every detail about you. I've been a patient with this practice for almost years and I look forward to every visit. They could be considered expensive and they have always seemed open to giving my husband and I payment plans that work for us. You also get a lot of additional services and opportunities to learn to live a healthier lifestyle that works for you. They are very flexible with scheduling and last minute reschedules. I don't have a lot of experience with many other chiropractors but I always feel good after my visit and they always give us top quality service. Sometimes the place can be really busy in the afternoons when everyone is getting off of work so that's just something you have to deal with. I greatly appreciate the care I receive each week by Dr Mary Frye as she adjusts my neck, shoulders, back and hands. And massages my knee and shoulders. She places close attention to my neck and knee. These adjustments has enabled me to work outside with flowers, weeds, and gardening. I am able to walk up and down stairs several times during the day. I will let you know that I was very nervous for my 1st appointment with Dr. Mary after my very 1st meet and greet at a local church fair this past August. Love Doctor Mary, these other reviews are very misleading about what is experienced at her office. She does believe that regular visits will keep you in alignment, but this is in no way forced. I first came in because my teenage daughter suffered an injury in 2020. We followed doctor Mary's treatment plan and she recovered wonderfully. I hurt my lower back which caused my discs to become inflamed. Dr Mary saw me every day for over a week. And she offered to open the office just for me; if I needed treatment on Saturday or Sunday.
