I ultimately didn't get one yet (delivery of it might take too long as ours isn't working at all) but I would definitely recommend asking for Harvey if you go to the Jessup's Bee Ridge location. There was another sales rep there at the time and he would get off phone with customers and let his frustration be known very loudly and with some curse words so wish I knew his name so I could tell you to avoid that salesman!! It was unprofessional knowing I was there for me to hear that person and how he treats customers.
