Something I haven't experienced at Orange and Blue. The salesperson Mike was patient, very knowledgeable and accommodating. Installation was thorough and tidy - inspected the appliances for damages, and even wiped their fingerprints off. The delivery crew was great - polite and neat. He never apologized. The incident was reported to store manager, A.J. Martinez, who himself, had a bad attitude. Martinez told us to get three estimates for the damage; he took photographs, but said, "You are not allowed to see the video footage ...," which showed Raymond's reckless negligence. The damage to the truck was estimated at: $3,332.94; $2,530.02; & $5,062.77. Once presented with these estimates, Martinez refused to interact with us. He continues to refuse to return our calls, meet with us, or respond to our messages left for him in-person at the store and on the phone. He is, by far, the worst manager we have ever met. We like LOWES, but this guy needs to go! And as far as Raymond is concerned, he is totally incompetent. When you're at the Venice LOWE's location, do yourself a real favor, and avoid these two like the plague!
