When I got my car back, my AEB and LDW systems no longer worked. The mechanic there told me my car's sensors failed calibration and there was nothing he could do. I was skeptical about the reviews cuz c'mon, who gets a near perfect score of 5.0 in Yelp? Read the reviews, filtered out the ones with zero friends, read for sure the ones from the elite members and so I gave them a try. What I like: 1: excellent communication. They texted me when they started working on my car, when the tint didn't match ( we got it tinted when we purchased the car) 2. They were very accommodating. They offered to fix it at my workplace but parking sucks at Ventura city Hall so I asked if I can just drop off my car at their business location (Saturday - Memorial Day weekend) 3. The work was clean/flawless. They even put my parking sticker back and the reminder sticker from the oil change company. 4. And woohoo! I only paid $490.
