I stumbled upon this place thanks to a recommendation from a friend who got her window replaced here and when she told me the cost I was shook (because it was so low compared to quotes I had been getting from other places). I messaged them on yelp and got an immediate reply. The communication was amazing and consistent. They answered my questions, looked up my vehicle information with my VIN and gave me a quote. Imagine my surprise when they were THE BEST deal out of every place I contacted. And not only were they a great deal - they were literally 3x cheaper then what the dealer quoted me (I know I know - never get repairs at the dealership but still - that's an insane difference). I immediately booked with them. The whole process was seamless and professional. I dropped off my car in the morning, got a ride home and within three hours my car was ready for pickup. You really can't get this kind of price, quality, and timeliness anywhere else that I researched. Everyone was super nice too. Most new cars have the electronic box for lane assist, cruise control sensors and heated steering wheel on the box mounted on your windshield. Well, here's the thing, having worked with many computer systems, shouldn't things get reset when you unplug and plug them back in? Why does anything need to be recalibrated from a hard restart? Mr. Pink's does not charge for that. Replace the glass, mount and replug in the electronic mount. Everything works great. Just as it did before the pinecone pounding. My new windshield was done and set in 2 hours. You guys rock, are honest, and don't rob people blind...especially women. We all know how auto places try to tell women we need extra services that are usually not needed or even made up. For this job, I had also asked to have a custom window casing and deep windowsill built. Guess what, 6 months later, that new door cracked. They will not replace the door so I have to live with a cracked door since they told me it is past warranty. their solution...pay another $1500 to install a fiberglass door as a replacement. Summary: Technician came unprepared without the correct…read morepart, then company stopped responding when I requested they fix installation issues. Full Story: My driver's side power window got stuck down. Their technician arrived but didn't have a fully compatible motor (his replacement lacked auto-up/down functionality). I also noticed while the technician rooted around for a compatible motor that all of their motors appeared to be used. When the technician manually powered my old motor (bypassing the switch), it wouldn't raise, confirming replacement was necessary. Since I wanted a fully compatible motor and was worried about the durability of a used one, I drove to O'Reilly (with my door panel off) and purchased a new original equipment motor while the technician waited. He installed it, but immediately the window malfunctioned: it would drop halfway after reaching the top and wasn't responding properly to the switch. The technician tried troubleshooting but concluded it was an electrical issue beyond his expertise/scope and left. I researched and replaced the window switch myself, which fixed the responsiveness issue. However, I then discovered two new problems: a loud clicking/hiccup when lowering the window halfway (see attached video, turn audio on), and the anti-pinch safety feature not working (in hindsight, likely due to the technician directly powering the motor to diagnose why it wasn't responding to the switch and messing up its calibration). I contacted Gilbert to request a return visit or discount. He initially refused warranty coverage since I'd supplied the motor, though I pointed out I only did so because they arrived without the correct part and offered to send him video of the problems, which he was not interested in. Eventually he agreed to send a technician and charge me for the labor if it wasn't their fault. I accepted but after having to follow up multiple times to get responses regarding the details and set a time, I gave up. Ultimately, I fixed it myself: a clip securing the motor's wire harness was broken (likely during installation, though the plastic was old and brittle) causing it to hang into the window's path. In the technician's defense, if my window switch had been working, he probably would have noticed and fixed this himself. Still, the broken clip appears to have resulted from the installation judging from scratches on the previously untouched inner door panel.

They had the lowest prices and were honest, sharing a lower rate and the specific glass brand/model while they searched inventory. Cesar was great and very helpful in answering a gazillion questions of mine. Also, the day that I had an appointment to replace my windshield, my car got broken into overnight so I had to add a last min request for the side window. They even cleaned up the broken glass and vacuumed it! Which was great because sitting on broken glass is not fun. They replaced the windows with OEM quality and laminated glass, as well as ADAS calibration so that I had ease of mind that it's more durable. Install was quick (under 1-2 hrs) and the drive off time was fast so I didn't have to wait long. They have a small and clean waiting area that offers wifi while you wait. The biggest factor why I chose P&G is their lifetime workmanship and defect materials guarantee. The other shop I was considering only guaranteed 1 year but when I dug into it, it was really 2 weeks through materials. It's been nearly a month and can tell it fits well because my car still has the quiet cabin feel.
