05-02-2025 Well folks, this is my last update, because I'm happy to report that we sold that trash can on wheels! Based off of other reviews, I believe this business might no longer be in operation. I sincerely HOPE that is true. I can't believe the absolute headache we've had to endure over the few years we've owned this truck. I cannot believe this company scammed us out of over $15K on it. If it weren't for an unfortunate death in our family, that granted us just enough money to pay off what we owed, we would have probably had to spend an additional $15K in work on this vehicle. The problems were endless. Rusted body. Oil pressure issues. Electrical issues. Hell, the spare tire under the truck didn't even fit on the rim! After a while it was a real struggle to even get that thing started. It got to a point where a mechanic could list so many issues that needed attention, that we couldn't even get it inspected. Our mechanic even joked that his diagnostic reader lit up like a Christmas tree when he plugged it in! Once the inspection ran up, and we couldn't afford to do the work to make this vehicle just pass inspection, we decided that we need to get rid of this truck. We paid it off, and managed to get it running, which we didn't even know yet would be the last time that truck would even start. I can't make this up. The truck would not start after we parked it in the parking lot of a new car dealership. The dealership didn't even want it. My fiancé had to BEG them to take it off of him. The salesman felt so bad for him, that he gave him a whopping $100 for it! I can't believe not even 3 year prior, that FIRST CHOICE AUTO MALL, thought that this absolutely pathetic excuse for a vehicle was worth even close to what we paid for it. This business sells nothing but lemons. If you even had any thought on going there to check out any of their cars, please go through and read all of my updates through the years. It's appalling that a business like this is allowed to run. They're directly putting the public at risk by not taking proper care of the vehicles before slapping a for sale sticker on them. When we first stepped foot on their lot, we checked out this truck not even knowing that it wasn't inspected yet! You're telling me they can just list lemons online, that haven't even gone through inspection? Whatever inspection they all go through, it wouldn't be legitimate anyhow. This place definitely slaps used parts on their vehicles. You'll thank me if you just went to an actual reputable car dealership. I hope one day the cruddy owners read my reviews and realized how much strain they put on people. What a mess. read more

Hopefully they did not move but are closed for good. Although they did put brakes on the car we got there we had to put thousands into it just to get it safe to drive. They should never have passed it on their inspection. Tires were bad from dry rot and engine light kept coming on. Spent over 15 hours getting it worked on at a dealer. just last week I bought a car from this dealer and it was leaking coolant and coolant was getting into the oil and the oil smelled like gas meaning the engine needed piston rings they claimed they had fixed the car after arguing with the service manager and we took it to a dealer and found they had jb welded the radiator put oil in the coolant reservoir and its still leaking and they have deleted bad reviews from google and to add they all have terrible attitudes read more

A pleasant and very timely experience! The last car I bought the dealership had me there for hours, this dealership made the process smooth, effective and exciting! I blocked out the whole day thinking I'd need at least 6 hours and they had me in and out in just over an hour leaving me all afternoon to enjoy my new vehicle! They also pay for referrals! The front desk was nice, but the overall experience sucked. FIRST, I went to go look at the car. Could tell it wasn't in "great" condition like they claimed it was, and my boyfriend could tell too. However, they wouldn't budge off the price by even a dollar, which was b.s considering they know how badly they rigged up the car. I asked for a safe car to drive my 1 year old around in, and they totally lied about how safe it was. The cat converter was rigged with a riser so it wouldn't trip the sensor. Wonderful, because it was getting so hot that it actually had been on fire and there was melted a hole through the cover. However, I drove it enough miles before the inspection that it set off the warning lights anyway. Took it to a real dealership and they sent me pictures of what was done. Contacted the original sales shop mechanic, and he fixed it without question so I know he must have known the entire fkcuing time. Replaced it with a cheap aftermarket cat converter for free, so the heat shields are missing, but hey, what should I expect at this point? Before I discovered the whole cat problem and the sensor was on, I was waiting to get an appointment to get it inspected. Was told I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks. Went ahead and took it elsewhere, which is how I found the problem. I can only imagine what they would have "passed" my car as if I decided to wait for them to inspect it. Other than that, the power steering pump was also leaking. They didn't bother to let me know that. Not a minor leak, but to the point where every couple of days there would be no fluid left in the reservoir and it needs refilled. There's other minor issues to be expected with a used vehicle, but when it comes to major things, TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS. I wouldn't be so pissed off it I wasn't lied to. If I wanted the car badly enough with things wrong, I would have bought it anyway. Too shady for me, and I will never recommend it to anyone. read more
