I came across Gasparr and decide to check it out despite poor reviews, I met the manager and he showed me a few. The one car I knew about from an ad was not to my liking and I asked him what else he might have. The manager was knowledgeable and there was absolutely no pressure. He never tried to tell me the cars were gone over by mechanics and cleaned up like at the uptown dealers. This is to be expected at such places. I suspect the bad reviews came from people who did not fully understand the place in the market such small low price dealers occupy. So he showed me a great car, blemish free, new tires and (relatively) low mileage. He said that to cover his concern that since it was 10 years old something might break he would pay for a warranty policy to cover major iitems for 3 months. Seemed more than fair. I paid cash so I do not know about financing. But a few days later the quality of Gasparr was put to the test. I began to have problems with the transmission. I called to explain and without a moment's hesitation the manager said to bring it back - he'll fix it. I drove the car back and within a few days he fixed it no extra charge! Another test came a few days later when the transmission gave me a second problem. Called again and once again without hesitation - and in a matter of hours - HE SENT A TOW TRUCK TO BRING THE CAR BACK FOR THE TRANSMISSION ADJUSTMENT. This time the car was fixed in one day. Look, it is an older car, full of old car surprises. Gasparr could have stuck me with it, He did not. He made it right without a hassle of any kind! He far exceeded any expectation I had about how a small low priced car dealer would behave. Could not be happier with my new old car.

The gentleman I spoke with was great and genuinely helpful. The woman I spoke with felt more dismissive, which took away from the experience. When I arrived for my pickup appointment, the rep helping me was friendly and handled everything smoothly. He even gave me recommendations for local mechanics to complete my PA state inspection. I had seen reviews saying some vehicles did not pass inspection, so I took mine in right away. It passed without any issues. My appointment was at 9 AM. By 9:30 there were three other clients waiting and only one rep working. It felt like a scheduling or staffing issue, but even with that I was only there for about an hour to an hour and a half. The truck itself was in good shape and matched the listing. The interior was the real disappointment. It was not detailed at all and placing two paper mats in the front row does not count. There was dirt on the dash and in the cupholders. Almost every hard surface has a white residue on it. Having worked in the automotive industry for six years, I would never let a client drive home in a vehicle that looked like that. I will either have to pay to have it detailed or do it myself, which should not be the case Carvana. The process was convenient and the truck was as described, but the lack of interior detailing and some service inconsistencies kept this from being a higher rated experience.

I was finally able to talk with a real person who was fantastic and she walked me through the process. After that I was ok. Signing documents and sending pictures of my license on line was new to me. Taking my jeep to carvana and getting my check was easy. The whole process is much more complicated than the commercial on TV. But for an old guy I made it.

Very upset and dissatisfied with my experience with this dealership!!!…read more I purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 Toyota hatchback in February 2024, and aside from the salesperson--who was the only competent and professional person I dealt with--this dealership has been an absolute disaster. Everything after the sale was frustrating, deceptive, and left me feeling completely taken advantage of. I was initially given a clear and reasonable range of potential financing rates by the salesperson. That transparency disappeared the moment I sat down with the finance manager. The best rate he offered was worse than the worst-case scenario I had already been quoted, and I was told there was no room for negotiation. Only when I said I was prepared to walk away did he suddenly "find" a lower rate, while making a comment about how he "shouldn't be doing this." That kind of behavior is not only insulting, it's blatantly manipulative and dishonest. I left that interaction with zero trust and a very bad taste in my mouth. About a week after the purchase, I noticed a plastic piece missing from the side-view mirror. I provided proof that it was missing at the time of sale, yet the dealership refused to replace it and instead tried to charge me $37 to fix their own oversight. I ended up ordering the part myself and fixing it for under $20. This isn't about the money--it's about basic decency and accountability. Refusing to replace a cheap missing part on a so-called "certified" vehicle after someone spends tens of thousands of dollars is petty and unprofessional. The most alarming issue came during my first so-called "free" inspection in December 2024. At just 29,701 miles, I was told I needed new rear brakes and was charged $800--an outrageous and unjustifiable price for rear brakes on a Corolla, especially at that mileage and with the front brakes still untouched. A year later, I took my car to a trusted family mechanic because I will never return to this dealership again, and he is convinced the rear brakes were never replaced at all. They appear to still be the original factory brakes. This dealership has shown a consistent pattern of dishonesty and lack of transparency. I genuinely feel taken advantage of and have no reason to trust anything this dealership says or does. I would strongly warn others to avoid buying a vehicle or servicing one here. My boyfriend is currently shopping for a Toyota and will absolutely be steering clear of Ken Ganley Toyota. This has easily been the worst customer experience I've had anywhere.

Be Advised! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS!…read more Car dealers already have a pretty bad rap. Sometimes there are actually ethical folks but mostly car sales staff garner a bad reputation all on their own. C. Harper Buick is one with an extremely poor reputation. Don't be fooled by the fact that they are Chevy/Buick dealer;their customer service is one of the worst I have encountered. We are in a tough market with a limited amount of inventory. This gives the dealers the upper hand. In my recent dealing with these folks, I was paying their asking PLUS all of their extra fees. Some of these, I later discovered, were actually illegal to pass onto the customer. Nonetheless, at the time, I was prepared to pay all. After "VERY" poor customer service from Dave O'Brien in sales who claimed to sell many vehicles to out of state customers however his performance showed that he really didn't know what he was talking about. I was ready to sign all documents and come get the vehicle which would have required a flight and long Uber ride to get there. At the very last minute, Dave O'Brien and his General Manager Michael Naretto, pulled the plug on the sale by stating that we could not purchase the car unless we used their financing. Now already had a new loan ready to go that was almost 3 points lower than what they offered. This was the last straw and I very happily walked away from this sale which was no deal at all. It made me wonder as well, "Was there something really wrong with this vehicle, after they already lied multiple times throughout the process?". Doing alittle of research, I discovered that what I was told was actually illegal in their fees and processes. They have since been reported to the state attorney general's office. Lastly and as a reminder, these folks are unethical, fraudulent scam artists. I would avoid buying or taking my vehicle there at all costs. If I was the owner, These two, Michael and Dave would be out on the street.

My temp tags have expired and every time I call- they direct me to voicemail and never turn the call. I am now reporting them to the Attorney General. The next morning, the car wouldn't start. There was battery acid leaking all over the battery- clearly, they hadn't even raised the hood. And- none of the repairs they claimed to have done on the car were actually done. I took my car to a Subaru dealership to have it inspected. The brakes had not been done within the past year according to the dealership and they claimed to have replaced all of the pads the week before I bought it. You may not need to worry about doing business with them soon enough.
