When I picked it up, I immediately noticed a new noise that had not been there before. I made multiple attempts to contact the service associate who handled my vehicle but received no response. I eventually had to be put in touch with a manager. Rather than investigating the issue thoroughly, I was told there was "no way of knowing" whether the dealership had caused the problem. Despite my concerns, I was charged for the repair. Unfortunately, the problems didn't stop there. Now there is another issue with the vehicle following that visit and I am being left without responses again. This is especially frustrating because my car has been meticulously maintained since day one. Every service has been documented, the vehicle is only six years old, and it has fewer than 60,000 miles. I take preventative maintenance seriously, which is exactly why I brought it to the dealership for routine service in the first place. I understand that mechanical issues can happen, but I expected better communication, accountability, and customer service. Being ignored by the service advisor, having to seek out management, and then being left with additional problems has been a very disappointing experience. I hope the dealership takes customer concerns more seriously in the future. I would not recommend their service department.

Fast forward a month or so later, the car would not start. Almost $2,000 later, the car is still not running correctly and won't make it out of the driveway. We found a mechanic recommended by Tommy who has been nothing but helpful, but he agreed that the best course of action is to get rid of the Lexus. We were in a very bad situation and Tommy took advantage of that. We were pretty desperate for a car after my BMW (which we traded in here for the Lexus) stopped being reliable. We, at our own expense, took it to one of the places he mentioned. They said they fixed it but water was now coming in the back. We couldn't drive the car for 2 months over the winter but when spring came, we decided to take it to a mechanic locally. There were several inches of water UNDER the back seat. The water had burned out an electronic controller. They said there were other problems INCLUDING tires that were worn to the threads. What the hell kind of place sells such horrible KNOWN to be bad vehicles to unsuspecting customers? Used Car World and Bob Fallon. When we took it to a VW dealer, there was too many repairs to name. It would cost more than what I owed on the car (still $6k). We traded the POS in and got a very reputable car from Day Apollo - a MUCH better experience. If you want terrible service AFTER the high pressure sale, go to Bob and his horrible business. If you wanted to be treated fairly, go anywhere else.

I had a documented oil consumption issue with prior service at Kia Robinson, and I even followed the tow truck out myself to make sure they'd coordinate with them. They said they would. Instead, they diagnosed engine failure and told me it wouldn't be covered because I was just over 100,000 miles. No loaner, no help--just a $10,000 engine bill. When I asked why they didn't follow up with Robinson, the manager told me he "doubted" his employee ever said that and basically accused me of lying. Totally unprofessional and dismissive. They had no interest in helping or even being honest. Steer clear of this place. They'll leave you hanging the second things get serious.

With the purchase of our new Civic we had been given a thank you card for some free car washes. My husband and I figured that the new car was ready for it's first "bath" and since it was conveniently located on Painter's Run Road we thought we'd head there. We tried several times entering the 6 digit code we were given but this machine only takes 5. A man came by and told us that he works there. He too couldn't get our code to work but said he'd give us the free wash anyway to save us the trouble. He explained to us that they are in the process of reconverting this wash into something more family friendly. He told me that they would be two self wash bays and two wash your "dog" bays if you care to bring your precious pet here. The last stall which appeared to be a second automatic is being converted to a parking stall. We thanked him and followed the prompts as we entered the pressure washer. Unlike the one I had visited a month back over on Baptist Road the lights really weren't working to let you know where your car was in the process. Course with all the soap suds and rinses blinding up your windows it was hard to see anyway. When the light finally did turn green for us to exit, we pulled out and our car was completely wet! When we got to our destination and I had a chance to examine the car I still found dirt all over it. I would have been better off bringing a chamois to at least dry her off. I did complain to Dean Honda and was advised to bring the car to one of their on site washes and they would rectify it. Yes, the car is still fairly new and whenever this weather gets warmer we will move to do it yourself in order to avoid scratches. For now however, I would not recommend going to this place since they have not changed anything from the previous owner. These pressure washers are another gimmick you find all over the place where they charge you a fortune while you sit for a two armed machine to encircle your car with soap and rinse to attempt to clean it.
