I like to streamline everything, to be able to send an email or message, get a response and be able to look over all of the information. Most of the time an online quote wasn't an option and then when I'd call in they said they needed to actually come see the house (not ideal at all since that could mean sitting around waiting for five different companies... ain't happening). Cleaning Solutions gave me a quote online... HALLELUJAH! And it was a very competitive price with the few others that were able to give me a quote without scheduling an appointment. I knew that the price could differ a little once they saw the rooms (maybe the size of the rooms were bigger than they expected or the fact that I didn't specify that there are three little steps from the kitchen could add to the expense). I booked 'em. The owner, Matt, arrived on time and ready to verify pricing and details before he started. Three bedrooms, two hallways, the livingroom, one full staircase, and two three-steppers only ran us $109 + tax! The price I was quoted was the price we paid... that's a win! The other thing that blew my mind was how quickly Matt was able to finish the carpets. All of the carpets were done in about an hour, give or take, and he let us know that we should try to give the carpets about four hours to completely dry. I also just want to mention, I took the time to vacuum before he arrived and I recommend you do that as well (especially if you have dogs) just because it can hurry the process along. Matt was very professional the entire time he was working and was even nice enough to pencil us in for a reminder in six months in case we forget to schedule something. I am putting a one star so the owner can truly see how messed up his office is. I had called a week prior to Good Friday to set up services for 4:30pm asked my best friend over to wait for them so I could take my daughter to the nose specialist after she fractured it only for my friend to wait for no apparent reason because my appointment went missing and no one showed up. Upon repeated attempts to reach the office, someone finally got to me and had the owner call me so I could explain how upsetting this was as I needed my carpets cleaned and I had set up the appointment a week in advance and yet no one bothered to call and reschedule or anything. He was empathetic and tried reaching out to his cleaners to come fulfill my appointment but no one was answering their phones as the business was now closed for the day and everyone was either heading home or already home, so we had agreed someone would come on Monday and I would only pay $45-half the price of what was discussed for the inconvenience. I got a call halfway through Monday morning to be told they were calling to set up and appointment for Friday. figured okay maybe some miscommunication, told her no it's supposed to be for today because my appointment was for this past Friday and no one showed up. She said okay no problem got it set up and guy showed up a little late, no problem traffic in horizon is bad I understand stuff happens. But it's when he showed me the bill I lost it and got furious. The office decided to ignore what the owner and I had discussed and only gave me $20 discount trying to charge me $70 for services rendered. Are you kidding me??? Someone is either trying to pocket the owners money or they really are just that blatantly disrespectful of customers. I will NEVER use them again simply because of his office staff.
