Beware of this company! They will not honor their written warranty! I had a repair done a few years ago and recently noticed the repair work is starting to bubble. I presented their "lifetime warranty" certificate and my original invoice. The manager claims "corporate changed" and they will not honor the warranty, but offered to repair their problem at a discounted rate. We took my car here after my husband had a good experience getting his truck repaired. They told us about a week and it ended up being over two weeks. It was during the freeze week so that delayed them but still had my car for three weeks. After having my car back for a week, the door was not locking properly so we took it back in and they fixed the alignment the same day. Then we noticed a couple days later my car was leaking something so they hooked it up to see what was going on. We noticed while we were there that a part had fallen off my car by the side mirror. They ordered the part and it was ready within a week. Everytime we have been back, Nolan has been great and extremely helpful. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE! I have dealt with many car repair shops and this is one of the worst locations and experiences I have ever had to go through with any of my cars!! It's not worth even taking a chance with this location! I dropped off my car in the first collision on telge august 31 2022. I dropped it off for some body damage. They held my car for over 2 months and fixed the body damages but now my car is making sounds when I brake and start it up! I had under body damaged that they did not fix correctly to the point where my car shakes while breaking and is a huge hazard on the road!! My car is only 2 years old and they have cause fear in me while driving my vehicle due to the sounds that they have brought about and they constant shaking of my vehicle while being on. While having my car in their custody for 2 months they also damaged another portion of the car while it was in their possession. I only needed body work which I have pictures and the statements of the inspection and the work that needed to be done but when I received my car, I saw that my radio system was damaged. I dropped off the car with the radio working at 100% effectively and perfectly, so it should not have been touched in any shape or form but why am I receiving my car back with a broken radio when that is not how I left it. The location has given me the run around with my vehicle since the first day of dropping off. They have lied to me about the progress of my car, shipments of parts, the timing that it will take for the job to be done and more. They also told me I could not see my car when I paid first which was also a lie and very malicious. I have been trying to work with the new manager of the location named "Cody" but he as well is giving me the runaround, not answering my calls and not returning my calls. The mechanics have been very rude as well when I would ask for updates or any information that deals with my vehicle. I just want my car back in my possession with everything working and functioning the way I dropped it off. On top of the situation, they claim they are Better Business Bureau Accredited on all their documents but when you go look for them in BBB they are NOT ACCREDITED BY BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! These guys worked well with the insurance. I barely even had to hassle with my insurance company. Steve will notice everything needed to fix the entire car rather than just one specific item. He sees the big picture when it comes to maintaining a vehicle and prolonging it's lifecycle. He understands that once a vehicle part is damaged or doesn't work the way it should, it will effect the rest of the vehicles performance. He see the big picture and cares about his craft. I scratched my car a little bit by garage door...and I thought the paint was off and I might need re-paint for whole front bar....I Went to this place and looked for quote. Steve was pretty patient and friendly check it out even it was 5:30pm almost the time they were about to close. He told me he can fix it by clean and no charge ........it was so kind. my car went out just fine like it was before and it took just 10 mins I believe. I would give first choice collision less than one star. Unfortunately, one star is the lowest rating allowed for survey purposes. First choice had my vehicle for over five weeks. Originally as estimated it should've only taken two weeks in order to complete the repairs at approximately 4000.00 plus 1000.00 of my deductable. I received my vehicle five weeks later after my insurance paid over $7000 and I paid my $1000 deductible. after receiving my vehicle, there were three items which I brought to their attention. I was given a return date for the items of concern to be corrected. I returned, and only two of the items were corrected. The third item was not even after I was told that it was. upon inspection, I realized it was not. I returned inside to make another appointment for the third item to be corrected and was confronted by an individual who worked there which I had never met before who was belligerent and made me feel that I was about the problem I had encountered with my vehicle while they had it in their possession. This person identified himself as being in charge of the bodywork repair department. after realizing that I was being provoked, I moved away from the individual made my return appointment and I'm awaiting the results of this new appointment, If first choice could not correct, the problem, they created generated by the repairs of my vehicle I will seek the advice of counsel. Don't bring your vehicle here for repairs you will be horribly disappointed. read more

The manager or whoever sits in the corner was rude and unhelpful. I wasn't even talking to him but he decided to offer his opinions on the phone call i was having anyway. However, Richard was very kind and helpful. He went out of his way (he was not my rep) to make sure i was satisfied with the work. I guess just hope you get to avoid weird guy in the corner and if not for Richard this this place would be getting a way lower rating. read more

A while ago, my car was backed into and had some bumper damage. Just now I decided I was tired of looking at it and went here for an estimate. I was very satisfied with how Stephen went over what was needed and what the repairs would include. I got a full print out and came back a week later to have the repairs done. Stephen calls me back to let me know that the damage and repairs weren't as bad as initially seen and what my final bill was came out a lot lower than I had planned. I really appreciate this!
