They recommend you text to schedule your lessons and when you do they don't respond back in a timely manner. You have to reach out multiple times before getting a response. Their hours of operation is listed from 8AM - 8PM but yet they send appointment reminders out @ 10pm where a response is required to confirm the lessons. This lack of communication was highly disappointing and unprofessional, leaving me dissatisfied with their service.

I also like that even at a lesser fee you don't have to sacrifice quality of instruction. My kids loved their driving experience with Neil than with us or the other driving school instructor. The driving test is pretty simple at Huntingdon Valley--but that means that then take points for absurdly minute things---something that regular driving with a parent would not normally be highlighted. And the fact that it is an instructor vs mom or dad helps the teenage brain accept the info too. Our instructor --Bob Cunningham--always showed up on time or five minutes early, the coordination of scheduling the lessons was convenient, scheduling the test was great, and most importantly had a great rapport with our kiddo.
