They took the time to explain all of the different options, quality, and types. Great staff, beautiful job, and one of the ONLY places willing to touch a Tesla in the area. While we were there we saw them working on another Tesla and applying a ceramic coating. The quality of the work was amazing, the car was shining and absolutely stunning. After discussing the benefits and different types we decided to get the 5 year ceramic coat done. They were easily able to schedule us for the following week. Dropped the car off in the morning and it was done by that evening. ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! They were able to buff out some of the minor imperfections in the paint and made her shine like she was brand new! 100% recommend them, they were wonderful. I brought them a tough job of window tinting goo removal. The tinting film had been pulled off…read moreimproperly years before on four side windows, two little triangular windows, and the rear window, leaving the glue to bake. You could not see through any of those windows. They worked on it for a few hours with solvents, and did a fantastic job removing all of the goo, and doing no damage at all to the rear window heater wires. They charged an entirely reasonable $185 for the work. I was super happy.

After all, HD's customer service told me by phone earlier that day that they would help me make the cuts. Once I got there I was told by someone in the HD Lumber Dept that they couldn't do it. Long story, short, Bronson overhead my conversation. He was doing a job a few minutes away from the HD and he volunteered to make the cuts for me at no-cost.
