We hired 1st choice gutters out of 4 gutter companies we got estimates from. They beat the price out of all of the estimates and provided the same product which looks great! I can't believe how much better my house looks with larger seamless gutters, instead of the old small gutters I had. They were great to communicate with and came when they said they would. Just want to commend the excellent service I received from 1st Choice Gutters. I needed my gutters replaced after I had a re-roof done. Called different contractors but none impressed me and their prices weren't in my budget. I contacted 1st choice and spoke with Jimmy. He was very pleasant on the phone and was accommodating in setting up the appointment for the estimate. He was very personable and his estimate was fair. Gave honest recommendations on what type I should use, if I needed leaf guards, etc. The day of the install, the workers were a bit late because they were delayed on a previous job, but they worked into the night until my install was completed. He called the day before the holiday to finalize everything and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. But it wasn't just business. He asked about what I was doing for the holiday and such. We even talked about the Miami Heat, since he remembered from the in-person estimate the tag I had on my car. Its those little things and attention to detail that separate a good business from an exceptional business, IMO. I would highly recommend 1st choice gutters for your gutter needs, repair or install. Choosing any contractor in south Florida is a scary undertaking. Even after my roofing contractor that installed my new barrel tile roof highly recommended a company, I still needed to do my investigating. A neighbor of mine had used 1st Choice Gutters for a repair and was so happy with them they used them for their new gutters after a re-roof. After having 5 gutter contractors (including 1st Choice Gutters) at my house the decision was easy. I was however skeptical because their price was the lowest. So I read all their 5 star google reviews. I verified they've been in business a long time. I learned that the materials they use are from the same distributor and are identical to what the companies charging much more are using. And, the installers have been with the company for years. We can't begin to tell you how wonderful our experience with 1st Choice Gutters has been. The estimator that came out (Jimmy) was on-time, pleasant, and very professional. He explained all of our choices and answered all of our questions. The estimate he provided was very competitive and we decided to hire 1st Choice on the spot. We were going to get 2 more estimates from other companies, but since both were not returning our calls we eliminated them from consideration. Jimmy contacted us just a few days later to say they had a crew available on the weekend and would we mind getting our gutters installed 2 weeks earlier than promised! The workers arrived in a late model clean truck at the appointed time, asked us if we had any changes to request, and got started right away.
