They came in, recommened i do an insurance claim pushing me to claim my roof and the rest would be covered (never do this unless the scale is tremendous), insurance denied claim and they sent insurance a $13k bill I was on the hook for. The job was no bigger than a few pieces of drywall in size. They charged the insurance company for the repair which they didn't do. They only removed drywall and put some white paint on the inside of the wall. I did the repair myself with $320 worth of materials. The reports and invoice they sent didn't even have pictures from my house in it among a ton of other blown up false charges. It was a nightmare They baited my into.

I spent a fortune having my place totally cleaned! Rugs, curtains, everything!!! After spending all that time and money getting my place somewhat clean we hired FL AC to come clean my ducts. That were filled with dust, mold, asbestos and possible lead? Year built 1974!!! This FL AC co came in knowing this and they knew my dusts had dust and unknown chemicals in it. Their job was to close off the other side of the ac duct so it doesn't blow these chemicals into the unit. The other side of my ducts went right into my bedroom too. Since I have developed breathing probs due to all this dust from MCI windows in Delray I had to leave the condo until they completed the job. When I came back into my place my throat totally closed up. I couldn't breathe. This co was supposed to cover and close up that vent and only allow the dirt and debris from my ducts to go back into their cleaning machine they used. Not have it blown out the other side of my vent where all this debris ended up! It's airborne and after spending a fortune on cleaning my place my bedroom was totally filled with dust and all these chemicals. Nothing was covered either! Everything in my bedroom was FILLED WITH DUST. My Rugs that I just had steam cleaned. MY bedroom smelled horrid and after spending all this time and money n cleaning my rugs and curtains it was back to the way MCI left it!!!. My bed blankets and sheets filled with dust!. My electronics were also filled with this dust. Chemicals we have NO idea that was inside those ducts! All my clothes ruined! They were at my house for a free estimate within a day. Other companies wanted to speak with me first and then tried to charge me for the estimate before even visiting my house. The staff from 24/7 Service Pros was very helpful and prompt. They immediately inspected the spot I thought was mold and informed me it was just a mark from some welding the previous tenant had done on the AC unit. They also provided some general recommendations to help prevent any mold in the future but confirmed we didn't need their service at this time. I truly appreciate companies that tell you what you DON'T need as much as what you do need!

I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come look at my roof. I was ready for a huge bill. We were assigned Cesar. Prior to his arrival I received an email with his photo. Cesar called to let me know he was on his way. He went up on the roof - straightened the vent and told me it wasn't as bad as it looks. I received the quote on the spot and via email and I told him I was good to go. Cesar told me ABC would be in touch to schedule. The team came the following day and fixed the room in a few hours. Since the repair, we have had some heavy rains and we have had no leaks. Billing: I received an invoice a few days later and I was able to pay online.
