They also worked on the formal living and dining rooms. In the kitchen, the stove was scrubbed to sparkling brand new. They will be returning to finish the job that was bigger than we all thought and coming back biweekly to keep it maintained. I am grateful to know that my parents' house will be taken care of. It's a huge weight off of my shoulders because I live far away and I'm not able to spend as much time as needed to keep the house in shape.

Had a parts issue with new lock install-explained situation thoroughly, and rescheduled. Came back within a few days, and installed the lock perfectly. It is an old safe, and not a small job, but it was perfect. Tom only charged us for one visit, minimal for travel (close to an hour drive), and his parts and labor charge was extremely reasonable.
