We've had them for about two and a half years so far. We were looking for a bird barrier installation because pigeons come and go under our solar panels. We hear them some mornings and we see their poop fall on one side of our house... yuck! Everything was scheduled, but unfortunately it would have voided our solar panel warranty had we gone through with the job. We cancelled the service, but not because of anything negative from this company. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I didn't use their service and get to see their quality of work myself. I gotta say, I love the transparency and the quality of their work. Curtis was super kind to my wife and explained everything to her. He would show updates through video and pictures so you're always updated on what's happening. They were so nice to even provide a "neighborly discount" for the solar panel cleaning, since we decided to get the bird proof done. For the value, I would say go with it.
