After months of follow-ups, delays, and waiting for management to finalize the paperwork, I was suddenly informed that the company had implemented a "new process" requiring a non-refundable $1,000 payment before they would process the application, engineering review, or other preliminary work.

Yet Vivant was bought out by Sunrun. So I contacted them, and gave them the lowdown of the dirty tricks. Since that time, I increased security, and placed a sign requiring $50/min to hear your pitches. I never saw the guy again, and I hope never to see any if your goons saunter up my driveway. You are not welcome on my property. Want to claim it's mandated? Convince the police.
