I was seated in a chair and the water bowl was turned on, but then I was left sitting there for 40 minutes with my feet in freezing cold water. I tried multiple times to get her attention and was completely ignored while she sat on her phone. What made it more frustrating is that when I checked in, I specifically asked if they could get me in quickly because I was in a bit of a hurry. She said yes, but then did the exact opposite. I felt dismissed and honestly treated like I didn't matter as a customer. It was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and a huge waste of my time. I won't be returning.

My total was $53.00. Lan was my nail technician. She did a good job with both the Mani and Pedi. However, when I was seated, she prepped me for gel removal on my toes. Then slid over to the client next to me and finished her gel pedicure without washing her hands. After finishing her Pedi she slid back over to me and proceeded to unwrap the foil until I stopped her and asked her to wash her hands. This lack of sanitation practices is very concerning.
