Pierre, Elliott, and Alex assembled a large Costco swing set in our backyard. They were flexible and TOTALLY understanding despite the fact that we changed the date on them multiple times. These guys showed up when they said they would, finished when they said they would, and were completely professional from start to finish. The icing on the cake was when they tidied up the work site afterward. I have worked with lots of contractors and handymen over the years and this was a breath of fresh air. Thumbs up! UPDATED Review: PIERRE was a very nice guy but had not shown up or called to finish the job, 3 days later, as promised. So I wrote my first review (posted above). Pierre worked hard but ended-up digging the site too deep, requiring me to purchase another $60 of rock, but that happens sometimes & is fixable so not a deal-breaker. Pierre was doing a good job of leveling the patio bricks as he built the shed base. After a few days and trying to contact him I wrote a one star review. Pierre contacted me immediately after my posting the review to let me know he had been injured on another job but hadn't contacted me yet with an update.. Given the new information, I have updated his score. I can't rate it a 5 as it's not done. If he returns for another job, he finishes it and it's a good job, I will happily update one more time to a 5-Star rating :) read more

I hired 1st CSFA for 2 jobs at my home, an electric problem as well as a plumbing problem. Pierre showed up promptly on time. He investigated both issues quickly and found the root causes.
