This type of service does not happen by accident-- it takes a lot of effort. I contacted them to get rid of some heavy oak furniture. You know, things like an entertainment center. None of that stuff is worth anything, so I requested an online quote. The owner, Nick, got back to me right away. As promised, the team appeared early on Thursday morning and made quick work of about 15 cubic yd of furniture/junk. I held the front door open, whilst they moved gigantic pieces of furniture. He immediately followed up with a confirmation and range of time for the removal. I received a few follow-up texts from Jorge who was going to make the pickup. Overall 4.5 out of 5, had to knock them a half point since they didn't answer or weren't able to answer about a senior or military discount..but in comparison with other hauling companies, they were the cheaper option let alone the appointment was very prompt. The day of the appointment, they were on time even though they gave us a like a 4 hr window. It was a 2 man crew and upon inspection they tried initially to move out the 2 sofa. The love seat was pretty simple in terms of maneuvering out of the room and down the hallway and out the door. The sofa bed took much more time and maneuvering out of the house. So they had to straight shot it out from the entertainment room through the master bedroom and in both rooms they had to pop off the hinges off the door, thankfully I had some tools for them to take out the pins from the hinges. Going through the patio door was the next issue, since they had to realign the sofa bed and walk straight through to the deck since it as such a tight fit through the patio door. I even had to help hold the sofa alittle while they were trying to walk through the door. Since this bed took much more effort and time, with the initial bud of $250 depending on how difficult the move was, we settled on $300 for the total removal. Overall, I very happy with it and I was surprised to find only a small wooden chip/splinter taken out of the door frame seeing how big and difficult the sofa bed was. Odds are when I have another big removal, I'll probably have them demo and remove for a future big project. read more

We recently decided to replace our 40+ year old redwood deck and pergola with a paver patio. The paver companies' bids to removal the deck varied widely, so I decided to contact Left Coast Hauling (Dublin) to get a bid from them. Nick responded quickly and came within a day. While the deck removal was expected to be a typical job for them, Nick was uncertain on how hard it would be to remove the 64 support piers that were set in concrete. He gave me a very fair bid and stuck to it - no surprises. We were able to schedule the demo for the following week after the rains stopped. The three-man crew showed up on time and really worked hard and efficiently. Removing the piers was indeed a LOT of work. I was amazed at the size of the blocks they were able to lift into the wheel barrels to take to the dump truck. They really got a good workout that day! By late afternoon the site was completely cleared and ready for the paver company to start excavation. (Mr. Pavers did the paver work and I also gave them a five-star review.) Four guys came by to haul trash and debris from my house because we renovated. They came with a huge truck and basically lugged heavy items from the backyard to their truck. It's not easy feat. They had to carry cast iron sinks and bathtubs and carpet and old wood, it's a dirty hard job and I'm thankful they were able to accommodate. The hauling service is worth it if you're going to do major renovations because they'll load and take the trash away for you. They basically did a whole days worth so to me it was well worth the price. Hauling stuff away isn't cheap y'all! read more

I am so happy I contacted them!!! They called me back immediately, made an appointment, walked me through the process and followed up with both an immediate confirmation text, and a reminder text the day prior; advising me who I can expect to see. As for the process, I believe they also give quotes by phone if you're certain of the measurements and contents of your pick up... or they will come out and give a quote on-site, if you agree they will haul it away right then and there. I had them come have a look, the pricing was more than fair. Their crew loaded it up, Ismael came to the door for payment, and they were gone in less than 30 minutes! They even swept up any remaining mess. Comparatively, the first load we disposed of, we used a small (4x4) dumpster via AVI. My boyfriend had to spend hour playing rotten wood Tetris to maximize use of the dumpster. I won't put him through that again!!
