Activating your card online is easy and the card works like any other standard debit card that I have. I signed up for text alerts so I get notified when a deposit is made to my card and there are other alerts you can sign up for which is easy to control from the app. Two other great features are that I can go online I can see pending deposits which is a great confirmation that my deposit is coming. Also, through the mobile app I can "suspend" my card in case I misplace it. It just puts a block on it and if I find it I can unsuspend it or call customer service if I need a replacement card due to it being lost.

I called to find out why and I was then told "Identification verification was needed" and that they needed me to send a copy of my ID but you can only send it by fax or snail mail. I was then told that it will take 14 days from the time they received it. I called again today since it has been a little over 14 days and was told its still under verification. I asked to speak to a manager who was also completely useless. I asked if I could speak to a manager of the department who does the verification and she said they don't handle these types of calls. My response was "They don't handle calls about something only their department handles" This company gives off scam vibes. It should not take almost 4 months to get a credit card account up and running. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!!!!
